I woke up to the sunlight beaming on my face and the room. I rubbed my eyes and went to sit up. I felt something warm wrapped around me and screamed.

"Ah!" I squealed loudly and immediately clapped my hands over my mouth as I realized what – or who – the thing was.

Travis jolted out of his deep slumber, looking around protectively. I breathed heavily as he scanned the room quickly.

"Whats wrong angel, you scared me" Travis asked, pulling me close.

"I honestly forgot that you were here, sorry."

"Don't apologize T" He squeezed my sides and I squirmed. "You sleep good amor?"

"mhm" I mumbled

"Good." Travis said, wrapping his hands around me even tighter somehow

It was quiet for a while, I didn't mind. I wanted to soak this in, even though we'd have thousands of mornings like this. At least I hope so. I had somehow found the most perfect man in the world in one night. The man that I'd never had feelings for. The man that I'd always seen as just a friend. I was really dating my best friend of 15 years.

I turned in Travis' arms to face him a little later. He looked at me, a faint tear streak showing on his cheek.

"You crying love?" I asked, stroking his cheek

"No" He sniffled

"Oh Travis" I kissed his jaw

"I cant help it, you're too beautiful."

"Oh stop it" I flushed red, angling my head downward

Travis took my face with one hand, lifting my chin and kissing me. I kissed him back, turning the kiss from sweet to steamy. I felt him trying to pull back, so I pulled him even closer. Don't blame me, a girls gotta have her priorities. We kept kissing for a long time, and I started to get desperate. I rocked my hips against Travis' and kissed his neck.

"Tay, we have to get up." He said, pulling back

"No!" Travis raised his eyebrows at me "I don't want to. I want to stay here all day. With you."

"I want to as well angel, but you have things to do. And so do I." He explained "Now come on" Travis picked me up off the bed and I giggled into his chest. He carried me down to the kitchen, placing me on the counter. He started to make some breakfast while I sat there doing absolutely nothing but staring at him, suddenly more aware of his sharp features. Travis turned to look at me and I bit my bottom lip. He searched my eyes for a moment before turning away, back to the eggs he was frying.

"Seriously?" I scoffed "You cant do that Travis!"

"Tay, we both know if I even do so much as give you a peck on the lips, it will lead to other activities." He told me and I rolled my eyes "Now eat." He handed me a plate with eggs, bacon and some fruit

Travis walked off the bedroom, probably to change and I took small bites from my breakfast before I heard a hiss and a wince. I rushed to where I'd heard the sounds of and saw Travis, cornered by two small cats.

"Oh, Taylor, Im so glad you're here. Please help me." He pleaded

"Are you seriously going to let two cats size you up?" I said, walking over closer to Travis and the cats. Olivia and Meredith had always been the troublemakers of all the cats, so I wasn't too surprised that this had happened.

"Angel, please." Travis said in a lower, quieter tone

"Oh alright, if you're gonna let two cats bully you.." I went to pick up the cats and threw them out of the room. I went to walk out of the room but was quickly stopped by a hand grabbing my wrist and pulling me back.

"Are you making fun of me, Angel?" Travis asked, pulling me tightly against his chest as I tried to escape.

"No" I said, hiding a smirk "Im not."

"Then whats with the snarky comments, hm?"

"I haven't got an idea of what you are talking about" I said, putting on a posh tone

"Alright, if you insist."

I shivered with anticipation as Travis pulled back and walked away. I waited for a minute that slowly turned into two, but he wasn't coming back. I frowned to myself and walked out to the kitchen to find him leaning against the island, grinning at something on his phone. I stopped at the sight, crossing my arms and letting out a huff.

"Really?" I said

"What?" Travis asked

"Oh don't try to act so oblivious"

"I seriously have no idea what you're talking about" He explained "Oh by the way I need to go back to my place in a bit"

"What?" I said, shocked, almost. He couldn't leave me. "No no, no you cant leave!"

"Angel I have to work, besides all of my stuff is there." He kissed my hair

"Stay."

"Taylor."

"I don't want you to go." I said, quickly snatching his phone from his hands and running to place it on top of a tall cabinet I had in my living room.

"There. Cant leave without your phone" I smiled, proud of my self.

"Thats cute angel"

Travis easily raised his arm and took the phone from the top of the cabinet, shoving it in his pocket.

"Thats not fair" I rolled my eyes "You're not going, Im not letting you." I rushed to the front door, blocking it

"Angel I don't want to go either but if you let me go I'll come over make it up to you later"

I reluctantly moved out of the way and let him open the door. Travis turned around and kissed me passionately.

"So long, Taylor" He said

"Don't say that it sounds sad!" I swatted his arm and he laughed

"Right, farewell then" He joked and I raised my eyebrows at him, crossing my arms

"Okay, bye angel"

"Bye, I'll miss you"

"Me too, but hey, I promise i'll come back okay?"

"kay. Fist bump promise?"

"Fist bump promise?"

"Just go with it Travis."

"alright, I fist bump promise you that i will come back. But I do have to leave now."

"Bye" I pouted

"Don't give me that face angel." He gave me one more kiss before turning for the door.

"You're beautiful!" He yelled out before I could close the door.

I smiled to myself before closing the door and running over to the window overlooking my driveway, watching him drive away.
