Reece pov
Today has been a chaotic day for both of our nursery and I know this since Marjorie wasn't answering as often and that's always a sign of those days. I decided to get out early to go to the sister nursery to see my lovely girlfriend so I got my keys and my thing and got in the car and went over. When there and I went into the building I could feel the tension in the air.
When in the office I could see both Autumn and Marjorie before I could even say anything Autumn gave me a look to warn me about Marjorie.
"Hey gorgeous yo..." I started talking but being interrupted by her just raised her finger at me I was so confused that I just stood there looking at her to see if she said anything
"Reece not now I have to finish this email and some paperwork go home if you want and I'll see you there" she said not taking her eyes out of her screen so I just sat down on the sofa beside her office and just sat there after almost 2 and half hours she still wasn't done and the nursery was empty we wore the only one's there
"Marjorie let's go it's late that can wait till tomorrow" I say getting up
"No" that the only thing she says not even looking up from her paperwork
"Darling it's not healthy for you to work so much your going to get burnt out" I say getting behind her and rubbing shoulders feeling the tension that is built up there so I decide to give her a massage
"Ugh... Reece mhm" she said as I continued massaging her I could feel her relaxing and letting go
"Marjorie let's go you need to rest and unwind after a long and tiring day" I say as I help her up from her chair even though she didn't want to
"But Reece I..." she said but I didn't let her finish her sentence
"No buts let's get you home" I grab her stuff and guide her to the car and bring her to our place I could see she wanted to finish her work but we wore already home by then
When se got in the house I guided her upstairs and set up a bath for her to relax turning on a candle and putting bubbles in the bath after I finished I want over to her and got her undressed and helped her in and after that I went and cooked some pasta and then started to serve it but before I could I saw her walking down the stairs
"Hey gorgeous" I say going up to her and kissing her
"Hey Reece" she said softly so soft I could barely hear her voice
"Your off what happen darling are you feeling okay?" I say looking at her with worry seeing she has her eyes closed
"Mhm I'm okay just a mild migraine can you lower your voice a little bit darling" she said slowly opening her eyes
Okay darling let's eat quickly so you can lay down" I say softly guiding her over to the dining table and putting a plate in front of her and sitting down beside her and eating but I slowly notice she isn't eating "Darling are you not hungry you've barely touched your food"
"It's nothing Reece I just don't have an appetite" she said looking at me
"Why don't you have an appetite darling?" I say getting closer
"I just don't feel good I think I'm just going to go and lay down a bit" she said getting up quickly and walking a bit " Reece..." I get up to go to her and notice she is starting to go to the side like if she was dizzy
"I got you" I grab her like a princess and take her upstairs laying her down " okay here we go darling I'm going to go downstairs and clean up I'll be back I'll also will grab your migraine medicine" I go downstairs pack the rest the food up for Marjorie to take to work tomorrow and clean the dishes and grab her medicine and go upstairs laying beside her
Here you go darling" handing her the medicine and some water " Hey did you change while I was downstairs?"
"Yeah I was cold and wanted something that smelled like you" she said cuddling up to me causing me to smile and start caressing her hair till she fell asleep beside me
