Phantom parked beside the road in the driver's seat. The car was a BMW 90s brand with a dark grey coating, and the seat covers were tan green and black leather.

"Alright, Alright! We're coming!" said Shay, running down to the car with Ezekiel walking behind her. She opened the front seat, flung her bag to the back seat, and nearly whacked Phantom in the face as she got in. "Oh, we bumped into each other. I thought he might help with the stakeout tonight."

Ezekiel puts out his smoking pipe, and they enter the back seat of the car and give a small wave to Phantom.

"Why not, mate, more, the merrier," said Phantom, not minding the extra company, especially someone who had his back once before. Waiting for the two of them to get in and buckle their seat belts, then he drives off to their destination and tells Ezekiel about the stakeout. "Ok, as I told Shay, there is a person out there that is selling some kind of mystical drugs that can turn people into a mindless person, like not being themselves. And ten percent of those people who have taken these drugs have died because of it."

"Ah, I see. So, what's the plan, inspector?" said Ezekiel, asking Shay since she was of a higher rank than the two of them.

"Mhm.... well, technically, Phantom is running this mission since he is the one who found the lead. So, he is pretty much calling the shots here. I'm mostly here to help." She winked at the both of them, hoping to give them some more experience for the mission.

Phantom feels a bit proud of Shay's words about him, looking behind, giving her a smile and nod at her and focusing back on the road.

"Anyway, from the information that I have found at the office, it's a single man who has been starting to get sloppy and has mostly been seen at Chinatown just down a few miles from here. If I'm right, we might be able to get him in the.... Whoa!!!" Phantom slammed the brakes after a bunch of teenage bike riders came out of nowhere, crossing the road and almost hitting them. Phantom poked his head out of the car and started shouting at them. "Watch where you're GOING C###'s!!!"

"Uhhh.... Yeah, keep your eyes on the road, mate." Ezekiel commented on Phantom's driving. "Anyway, so what is your actual plan to get this bloke to come clean?"

"Huh? .... Right the plan." Said Phantom started to drive again, after making sure there wasn't anyone else randomly crossing the streets. "We're going to lay low, blend in and when we spot him, we're going to follow him to until he's at a corner on a sheet, his apartment, or if we're lucky, he will lead us to his base of operation. We'll jump him before he can even get a chance to make his move."

"Do you have experience tailing people?"

"Uh yeah, at least a bunch of times, a few on missions awhile back." shrugs Phantom, thinking of his times following his targets during his rouge days in the outback and his time working for B.E.A.S.T. The one that successfully went well, not the ones that went completely wrong and getting blood over his hands.

"Great, what will you do, inspector?" Ezekiel turns to look at Shay, who was texting on her phone.

"I've got my skins, so if either of you needs to look like something civilian, I got you both covered," said Shay, turning to look at Ezekiel. "I brought a lovely pet dog, cat, and I also brought a mouse skin along just in case we need it"

Smiled Shay, excited to shift into one of her skins on a mission. It had been a long time since anyone had brought her out onto the field, which was making her feel giddy. She had been doing IT for BEAST servers for over a year now and had been complaining about how she wasn't out there on the field.

"Don't you have a bird skin?" said Phantom a bit curious, while focusing on the road.

"I do, but you didn't tell me to bring one." Sizzed Shay, holding back a grow at Phantom. "I would have brought an entire set of different skin for special occasions if BEAST's magic ability limits rules weren't too restricted. But if you can find me a dead and still very fresh, then I can use it. However, I can only carry up to at least three skins on outings and missions. Plus, these were the only skins that I had were clean!" Shay started to grumble, looking like she was Pouting.
