Both Phantom and Ezekiel sigh, and both get out of the car. Ezekiel puts the small headphone comms back on his left ear and lets his Hawk smoky familiar take off into the air as Shay jumps out of the car, still with a cat grin on her face. Shay then took off and ran into the nearest alley, knowing her detective scents that it was the best place to look for drug dealers and the best way for a street animal around like an alley cat to roam without being a detective and suspect.
After Shay ran off into the markets, Ezekiel sorted out the collar of his coat and lit his pipe before stepping out of the car and closing the door behind him. Then Ezekiel nodded at Phantom, looked out for traffic and walked across the streets, entering the busy night markets of Chinatown.
Phantom grabs Shay's bag, puts it around his shoulder, and then picks up his mask before shutting the door behind him.
It was a metal face mask with a red glass sight, a narrow shape, and a few damages and scars that indicated it had been through many fights. This mask was also how Phantom went around in public, to hide his red eyes and face from other people who would not freak out when they looked at him and to hide from people who would want him dead from when he was a rouge outlaw.
Phantom puts the mask on his face and locks the car afterward. He then heads off around markets to find a perfect place to climb up a building and onto the rooftops so he can be stealthily and without anyone noticing him.
Didn't take Phantom long to find stairs that he can use to climb up on top of the roofs

Chinatown was filled with Chinese culture. Hot foods being served on the streets, markets and restaurants, red paper lanterns hanging on trees and in front of buildings, and fantastic entertainment shows going on in the middle of it like a group of people dancing in a big puppet dragon costume, swinging swords, dancing traditions and other art traditions cultures. There was a cheerful and calming harmony of joy in the atmosphere around Chinatown markets at this time of night sky came in.

Ezekiel walked through crowds of people from one area to the next while looking through the eyes of his hawk smoke familiar in the sky, every few seconds. Shay stretches along fences, hops between various heights and things to climb or walk along while mewing here and there. She mumbles into the comms from time to time when she plays it off as grooming herself. As for Phantom, he jumps from building to building and looks below at every angle, trying to find their target before looking down on the next building.
Thirty minutes into the mission and the market was getting crowded as the night passed. And yet there was still no sign of the hooded person anywhere in sight.

"Anything yet, guys!" Shay growled out loud through the comms after escaping a kid who grabbed her unexpectedly, hugging her very tightly around his arms and patting her very roughly. She got out without hurting the kid by squeezing her way out of the kid's arms, jumping on top of a wall, and dashing away from the kid. "I don't think I can stand being picked on anymore by anyone around here!"

"Nothing yet, but I keep looking." Said Phantom, who had just finished running up the power lines and climbed up over the edge of a building in front of him. "Ezekiel, found nothing yet, mate."

"Hmm-... Norrr.... Still nommming...." mumbling Ezekiel over the Comms, sounding like he got something in his mouth.

"What?" Asked Phantom.

"I said, I havvvn't... seeeeee hnnnn yet." Ezekiel Mumble over the comms again. Phantom and Shay can hear him munching on something over the comms, and it sounds like he's enjoying it.

"Are you eating something, Ezekiel?" Asked Shay, putting a paw behind her left ear trying to hear the comms.

"Gulp! Yeah, I Told you guys I would probably sit down and eat. I had nothing to eat since Breakfast this morning. I would have brought a steak sandwich if a ranging homicidal ogre don't interrupted my lunch by trying to kill me Yesterday!" Ezekiel then shoves more food in his mouth. "Dnnn't weeerry. Immm lrrrrrppnnngg thrwwww mmmmm rggghhhh ggrrrrrhhhh... 'gulp'... to see if I can find this dude.

"Bloody hell, mate." Sigh Phantom. "Finish eating your food before-"

"Wait!... I think I got something in an alleyway two blocks away on the next right." interrupted Ezekiel a few seconds later. He saw a person who looked like the person in the photo that Phantom handed to him. After he sent word about it to his team on the comms, he ran at a deliberate pace as his familiar followed in pursuit, finishing his food along the way as he headed to the alleyway that the person walked into.

"On it!" Shay wasn't wasting any time as she hopped from ledge to ledge, dogging people and flowerpots near some of the restaurant windows.

"Copy that," said Phantom on the comms, then parkouring his way over to Ezekiel's coordinates, thinking that this was going to be easy. This might be easier than I thought it would be. Maybe I can look around Chinatown and see if I can get something to eat and maybe something for the dogs to. Oh wait, hrrr.... I must write a report about this when it is all over. Man, I can't seem to get away from paperwork these days."

"Waste of time, I must say." Whisper the Mysterious voices that spoke out to Phantom back in HQ offices.

"Wha?!.... Who there!" Phantom Panicky stops running quickly, gets in defensive precious and looks around to see who is speaking to him.

But there was no one around, just pigeons and a few alley cats growling quietly and waiting to strike one of them. He takes a deep breath and walks up to the edge of the building to recover himself.

"Keep it together, Phantom. It just your mind playing tricks with you again." Said Phantom, talking to himself to keep him calm and focused on the mission. "Damn me! My insanity is really is starting toooo-..."

Phantom gets over it when he sees someone in the crowd wearing a dark grey hoodie and a small grey backpack that looks like the target in the photo. He is going in a completely different direction than where Ezekiel said he was going. From this angle, he can't tell if he is wearing a mask, but he may never find out if he didn't follow him.

"Hey guy, we got a problem! I see another person who looks like the person we're looking for, going in a different direction." said Phantom, quickly relaying this information on the comms and starting to follow him before he lost him in the crowd. You two go ahead with the other guy; I got this one."

"So there's two of them, lovely." Said Ezekiel sarcastically. "Alright, I go get mine and you get the other. My have my Familiar company you."

"Copy that!" As Phantom ran straight off, casing the other suspect from above the markets. As he was running dough, Phantom couldn't get the words that whisper voice out of his head. 'That voice again? Was it just in my head again? And what did he mean by Waste of time?'
