I write my signature onto the paper contract, turning it around for my client to sign their part. I hand over the pen and watch as they neatly scribble on the paper.

"Alright, we're all set. Thank you for your time!" I express, reaching my hand out for a handshake. The man in his suit attire gladly accepts, "No, thank you for your time! I can't wait to see the finish results of your splendid design!"

I chuckle, "I'm glad you think that. Have a great rest of your day!"

"You too!" The man says, leaving my office after we finished all the paperwork. I return back to my office chair and plop down.

"My efforts are all working out thankfully..." I mumble to myself quietly as I close my eyes and lean back on the chair. Just as I finally had a moment to relax, some loud mouth had entered my office.

"Ji! Mr. Kim let us on a short break for now. Come out and have some refreshing water with us!" Hyunjin exclaimed, shortly closing the door right after.

Some water does sound good right now. I get up from my office chair and make my way to the water dispenser where Hyunjin and Seungmin were already awaiting me.

"We should go to a bar after work. Loosen up a bit for the weekend." Hyunjin suggests, drinking from his cup right after. I grab a cup from the side and pour myself some cold water. I take a sip before answering, "Seungmin you haven't responded."

He shrugs. "Doesn't matter to me where we go. I'm sure you don't wanna go though."

Hyunjin turns to me, "Is that true?"

"Yes, actually. At least not for this weekend. I'm gonna visit Felix and his grandparents. I'm starting to worry about how less frequent he's been visiting the company." I explain.

After graduating college, I thought the four of us would be able to move to the city of Seoul and work at our dream architect firm. But, unfortunately, only three of us moved to Seoul. Leaving Felix behind. It was his choice at the end, reason being that he cared a lot about his grandparents to leave them alone without care. I mean, that's just the sweet soul Felix has always been.

He works virtually for the same firm we work at, and occasionally needs to visit the firm for the work that needs to be done in person, but, it worries me that he wasn't been at the company for a while. Paying a visit wouldn't hurt.

"Then, we'll go with you." Seungmin states.

"Really?" I question. Hyunjin scoffs, "You're not the only one who misses Felix. We'll just have drinks on another weekend."

I smile in agreement. I take this opportunity to talk about something on my mind. "Hey, you guys remember Eunbi?"

They both nod their heads. "Why? Are you thinking of hitting her up again?" Hyunjin questions.

I frown, "No. She called me yesterday all the sudden when I was getting ready to sleep."

Seungmin raises an eyebrow confused. "That's weird. What did she want?"

I shrug. "She never said. She said she had something to tell me, but all I heard is 'I have...', before she hung up." I say, reclaiming the strange situation last night.

"Woah, you don't think she was gonna say that she has a crush on you, do you?" Hyunjin says, looking at Seungmin for reassurance.

"Sounds like a confession to me too." Seungmin adds with a shrug.

I roll my eyes, "Look I don't know what it was she was gonna say, but she suddenly hung up. What if someone kidnapped her or something in the middle of the call?"
