You had recently passed away, you knew it was you're time but you were hanging in the there for cordell and the kids because they were you're life and you didn't wanna leave them behind but unfortunately you couldn't hold on any longer you knew it was you're time and so you did you let go peacefully surrounded by you're family who you loved and would forever watch over in a heartbeat.
but you and Cordell always said that if one of you dies before the other always like up to the stars you'll be the brightest star shining to let the other one know you would be okay, and so that what happened, once you had passed away Cordell went straight outside in the starry night and sat on the stairs and looked straight up at the sky with tears in his eyes knowing you would be right there with him every step of the way.
But you knew him and the kids were gonna be okay without you by there side. Because in the end you're forever with them by watching in the starry night that you always loved so much while doing it as a family.

sorry for not being active these last two days weeks i was meant to post but i decided i couldn't of been bothered or i didn't feel like updating because i felt lazy. And plus i've been doing a supernatural rewatch so i'm really hooked on that i am.
but i am probably gonna go back to doing sam and dean gifs again since i miss updating a little sammy gif here and a dean gif lol.
