You and dean went on a hunt without sam because he wasn't feeling the best or himself so you told dean that it was just going to be you and him this time around and dean was okay with that since he knew sam wasn't up for it, and plus you and dean didn't want a sick sam and trying to hunt not a good combination.
But as you left since you were worried about leaving sam with him being sick and you hated leaving him when his like this and you sent him text to see if he was okay and everything but you didn't get a response back so you knew he must of been sleeping it off so he could get better for the next hunt.
Once you dean got back and headed on you're home you sent sam another text saying that the hunt had gone good and you and dean were okay and headed back to the bunker, and sam looked up at his phone and seen who messaged and he looked and seen it was you and then put his phone back on the bed. Once you arrived home you went to check on sam straight away and that's what you did and as you walked into his room and got into bed with him and cuddle up since you missed him and now you could look after him. Once sam felt you he pulled you into his chest straight away you knew he missed you like you missed him.
