Dean and Sam were on a hunt but not just any hunt they heard that you had gone missing while you were on a hunt, and they were trying to find you.
So Dean and Sam asked around they seen or heard from they went to all you're favourite places that you liked going to and no one had seen you .
days later you had woken up from being kidnapped by a nest of vamps that you were hunting, but it seem they had other plans for you.
As Dean and Sam came through the doors you were so happy to see them you couldn't be anymore grateful, and as you tried to escape and get free you couldn't cause they tied you down good, as you watch Dean and Sam kill the whole nest.
Once Dean had untied you, you gave them the biggest hug because you thought you were never gonna see them again, and thankfully they saved your life.
