Back inside the house, Fah collapsed. Mint screamed. Run held onto him as his body went limp and prevented him from hitting his head on the floor.

"Move him to a bed quickly," said the doctor. Run and Mek carried Fah to Run's room and put him on the bed. The doctor administered an inhalant to revive Fah. Once Fah opened his eyes, the doctor asked him questions while checking his vital signs.

"Fah, I'm going to give you a pill. It's Xanax for panic attacks which is what you just experienced. It won't put you to sleep, it will merely relax you." Mint held out a glass of water and Fah took the pill. "If the rest of you don't mind, I would like to speak with the patient privately," said the doctor.

Everyone left the bedroom and the doctor walked over and shut the door.

"Are you surprised to see me?"

"I'm glad it's you. At least you're aware of my medical history," said Fah. "Have you heard from Lom?"

"No, I'm sorry, I haven't. I saw the news. I was surprised to learn you're the judge's son."

"That's something I discovered the day I was shot. I only knew him a few hours before getting kidnapped and losing my memory," said Fah. "Does Ton know you're here? He's trying to say I hurt Lom."

"I'm sure you didn't. You don't have the physical strength at present to do such a thing."

"Would you please tell that to the police? They're not even looking for Lom. Instead, they're focusing on me and saying I did something bad to him. He needs to be found." Fah looked beseechingly at the doctor.

"If they ask me, I'll tell them. I suggest you don't mention to Khun Adi that I'm also Khun Ton's physician. Rich people like to think they're my only client. They don't want to share me, especially not with people on the opposite side of the law."

"I won't, thank you again for your help," said Fah.

"Okay, well I've checked everything and physically you're fine. You're a little dehydrated so drink lots of water. You definitely need sleep."

"Thank you, Doctor."

"I'll tell your father I want to check on you every few days for the next two weeks to make sure you're getting better."

"Thank you." The doctor left.

Fah lay on his bed. His phone was fully charged so he tried calling Lom but his phone was still off. "Lom, where are you?" He kept repeating this until the stress of the day finally knocked him out.

Khun Adi and Mint said goodbye to the doctor and then fed everyone lunch. During lunch, Khun Adi shared what the police had accused Fah of.

"That's ridiculous, he was with us all last night!" said Mint.

"Fah had no idea he was your son until he saw the photo in your desk drawer, that's how he knew! Tin took us into that room, and Tin opened the desk. Fah couldn't have planned that!" said Run, angry at the police now.

"When I heard Ton saying Lom was a straight man it was all I could do to not tell them that I've had sex with their straight son," said Mek.

"Always trying to get your sex life to be the topic of conversation," laughed Run.

"No, but that was slander, what they said about Fah trying to seduce their straight son," said Mek.

"That's why I'm here as Fah's attorney. I think if they're aware he has an attorney, they will be more careful before they state such ridiculous things. Right now they have no evidence, they are just trying to scare Fah. I'm not sure why. It would make more sense for them to hunt for Lom." Khun Korn was truly puzzled by the actions of the police today.
