The drive to the coordinate location took only two hours but Run's "quick" shopping trip before leaving took twice as much time. He wanted to be sure Fah would have everything he might need. They stopped at a store and stocked the car with food, medical supplies, mosquito repellent, lube, and condoms. At home, he packed Fah's clothes and snuck them out.
"I see you bought condoms for Fah. I thought you said he hadn't found Lom yet?" said Mek.
"Yes, but when he does..." He gave Mek a mischievous smile.
"We should test these to make sure they're good before giving them to others." He winked at Run who immediately turned away, his ears turning red. They arrived at the location and saw a sign advertising bungalow rentals. Run called Fah's phone. No one answered.
"What do we do now?" Run hoped while they were driving Fah hadn't taken off after Lom or fled from the police.
"Let's rent a bungalow for the night. We can get out of this heat and relax and you can keep calling until he picks up," said Mek.
"That's why I like you; sometimes you have good ideas," Run said, smiling. They paid at the office and got their key.
Parking in front of their bungalow, they noticed the one on their left had a motorbike outside and the one on the right was vacant. After carrying everything inside, they took showers and washed off the stickiness of the midday heat.
"Did you try calling Fah again?" asked Mek.
"Yeah, still no luck. Do you want to try out our private pool? Swimsuits optional..."
"Okay, but you remember, it was your idea."
"What's that supposed to mean?" asked Run hesitantly.
"Nothing, I was just kidding. Let me grab some towels and I'll meet you there." He watched Run open the sliding door and step out of sight.
Run slid into the pool and called for Mek who walked out, put his towel down carefully on a chair, and joined him.
"This feels great after driving all morning," said Mek.
"Do you want to swim to the deep end?"
"Not right now," said Mek. He slipped under the water and swam around, coming up behind Run. With his arms around Run's waist, he began kissing his neck, shoulders, and all over his back, stopping only to whisper in Run's ear. "Want to do something else besides swim?" He lightly bit Run's earlobe and then used his tongue to tickle inside. It worked because Run pulled his shoulder up quickly to block Mek's ear assault.
"Either there's an eel in this pool or someone likes me," said Run, leaning back against Mek's erection.
"Someone likes you so much it should be eel-eagle," said Mek as he spun him around.
Run groaned and shook his head slowly, "Who am I dating - the wild stallion or the king of bad dad jokes?"
For a moment they both half-laughed and stared at the other. Mek seized Run by his waist and pulled him in tightly.
Oh, yes, this is more like it, thought Run. His brain was slower than his body as his arms had already snaked around Mek, slowly constricting the space between them.
Mek kissed him lightly then used his tongue to push Run's lips aside. Relaxing his jaw to permit him more access, Run enjoyed the sensation before demanding more. His tongue sought out Mek's then alternated from sucking his lips to kissing Mek's neck. His left hand slithered down, grabbed Mek's right hand, and placed it over his hardness.
"Mmm," said Mek who opened his eyes to find Run looking back at him with hooded eyes. Mek kissed him so hard it shocked him momentarily and his knees wobbled. Even Mek was surprised by how much he suddenly desired him. He pulled Run in tight, his tongue delving into his mouth. Using his hand he grasped Run's erection and stroked him.
