As usual, at 4:30, Nandini's alarm rang, and her eyes fluttered open. She reached out to stop the alarm, finding herself securely wrapped in Abhimaan's arms as he slept soundly. Carefully extricating herself, she noticed Snowy sleeping lazily at the foot of the bed. She got up, finished her morning routine, and then lovingly picked up Snowy. "Come on, Snowy, let's take a bath today," she cooed.
By the time Nandini and Snowy returned, Abhimaan woke up, instinctively reaching out for Nandini and feeling a sense of loss at not finding her in his arms. It amazed him how quickly he had grown accustomed to her presence, finding peace and long, uninterrupted sleep with her beside him despite his insomnia.
He chuckled when he saw Snowy wrapped in a towel in Nandini's hands, the cat looking thoroughly displeased. Abhimaan smirked at Snowy, who glared back, as if to say, "I'll get you back, Dad. My time will come."
Nandini handed Snowy to Abhimaan. "Here, hold him for a moment. I'll get the dryer," she said, heading to take dryer.
Nandini came back with the dryer and handed it to Abhimaan, silently asking him to dry Snowy. She then went to the bathroom to take a shower and got ready, donning a beautiful maroon cotton saree. She looked so ethereal that Abhimaan found himself utterly captivated by her.
Feeling his intense gaze, Nandini blushed, her cheeks turning a soft pink. Abhimaan, in a teasing manner, remarked, "You know, from today, pink will be my favorite color."
Trying to control her blush, she smiled and gently urged him, "Abhimaan, please go now. I'm getting late, and I still need to make breakfast and wake up the others."
"Hm," he replied, leaning in to kiss her forehead gently. He held her for a moment longer, savoring the warmth and comfort of their embrace, before finally letting go. "I'll see you later," he murmured, his voice soft with affection, as he reluctantly left the room, leaving Nandini to her morning tasks.
As Abhimaan left, Nandini took a deep breath, a soft smile lingering on her lips. She quickly made her way to the kitchen, where the morning light filtered through the windows, casting a warm glow. She set to work, preparing breakfast with practiced ease, her mind occasionally drifting to the gentle kiss on her forehead.
Soon, the aroma of freshly cooked food wafted through the house, drawing sleepy footsteps towards the kitchen. Nandini heard the familiar shuffling of feet and looked up to see Nitya, riddhi, and Sidhi entering, their faces lighting up at the sight of breakfast.
"Good morning!" Nandini greeted them cheerfully. "Come, sit down. Breakfast is almost ready."
After finishing breakfast, Nandini makes sure Snowy is comfortable in the living room, surrounded by his toys and other necessities. The girls then head to college in Nitya's car, which has been delivered to the royal mansion along with Nandini's scooty and their other belongings from home.
Upon arriving at the college, Riddhi and Siddhi quickly move to their respective classes, while Nandini and Nitya head to their staff rooms. The campus is bustling with activity as students and faculty members begin their day, and Nandini and Nitya find themselves slipping seamlessly into their roles, ready to tackle the day's challenges.
Abhimaan starts his day with a playful expression, having enjoyed a lighthearted moment with Snowy. His spirits are further lifted by the sight of Nandini in a simple yet stunning saree. The thought of her makes the climb up to his room via the balcony seem like a minor feat, as the reward is a glimpse of Nandini.
After his morning routine, he heads to the gym for a rigorous workout. Post-gym, he dons his favorite black cocktail formal suit, looking strikingly handsome. Breakfast at the royal palace is typically a quiet affair, unlike the lively mornings at the girls' place.
