Oikawa had walked you back to your apartment like he said he would. The bus ride was only about ten minutes but the walk was nearly half an hour. He told you more about his plan to move to Argentina, and how it was more likely than going to any Japanese teams. Scouting had been hard because most of it happened at nationals, which he never managed to qualify for.

He asked you a bit about your future, which was no where as exciting as professional sports, but you told him nonetheless

Once you got home you quickly changed and gave him back his clothes. You both said your goodbyes and he left.

Your aunt wasn't home due to a change in her shift hours. You stared in the fridge hoping to telepathically summon some pre-made food. Groaning in frustration, you grabbed some vegetables and rice and decided on some from of salad-rice bowl. The prep was quick, only about five minutes had passed before all your cutting and dressing prep was done. You just had to wait a few more minutes for the rice. As you sat down, your phone started to ding.
