Downfall

It's been a month now, jewel got her license as a huntress. She was already going on missions but in reality she's been spreading intel to the enemy, their enemy. It was the last day for the vytal festival so she put her work aside and decided to go anyways, not knowing of the plans that cinder decided for vale. At the vytal festival jewel was watching a fight, particularly team RWBY's fight from the rooftop, especially the finals, the fight between gray hair boy and yang. "Jewel. Are you in place?" A girl asked from an earpiece in jewel's ears. "I got a clear view of the fight, emerald. On my signal, do it. Mercury is gonna hate us for this" Jewel responded and grabbed her scroll from her pocket, swiping left on it to reveal an image of a chest piece. After the fight jewel snapped her fingers which was the signal, and then out of no where yang attacked mercury, what seeming to be breaking his leg. "Meet at the ship. Cinder is waiting for us." Jewel said before she rolled back off the roof, grabbing ahold of a rope and landing on the ground safely. At a dorm somewhere in beacon jewel climbed through the window, but all that was there was emerald and mercury with neo. "Where's cinder? She owes me big time for having to become a huntress and gain the trust of ozpin." Jewel said in anger and she just at in a nearby chair. "She's not here shiny princess. But she seemed to be in a better mood than she was before she found something you might like." Mercury said with just a smirk as he just played a game on his scroll, but not even looking at the screen while emerald seems to be struggling against him. "Well Mercury I hope you know you two also owe me for ruining my sisters reputation." "Your sister? Oh, really? You gotta be joking. Looks like Goldilocks and little red riding hood are going to have a big surprise once they see you tomorrow." Emerald said but he was smacked with neo's umbrella almost instantly, she was annoyed and rolled her eyes. "I don't care about them. I barely learned they were my sisters just last month. And now that I learn neo brought her boyfriend into the mix I'm even more pissed than I was last month because I was informed until I was literally going to kick his-" emerald notice jewel about to pounce on neo and quickly stood up and held her back, "easy there. We're all on the same side. Geez." She said and finally let go of jewel. "Look, I can care less about the next course of action. Because I have a certain something cinder is looking for." Jewel said and tossed her scroll on a table. "Oh she'll totally want that. And pay a price for it." Emerald said and looked at jewel's scroll, slowly reaching for it but her hand was slapped by jewel. "And I am expecting praise for my work of effort, emerald. It's not easy learning where the fall maiden was." Jewel said sternly and just walked out of the room, jumping through the window in fact. "Geez. What's up with her? Good thing she's on our side. Or else we would have all those other semblances against us." Mercury said and got back to playing whatever. Emerald walked to the window with a little smirk, "bye!" She shouted. "Yeah see ya." "I'll miss you!" Emerald shouted which made jewel froze. "That's weird."

Jewel said and continued walking. The next day came, plan was now in action. The plan that will ruin jewel. She was walking through the halls of the coliseum, she wasn't expecting unusual to happen, but a certain orange hair caught her eyes, using her scroll until catching a glimpse of jewel. "Penny? I didn't know you were here." She said with a Suprise look on her face, opening the door fully. "Salutations! Long time no see jewel. I never expected you to be here in vale. General ironwood has informed me that you have now become a huntress. Quite early actually! He says if I ever meet you agin he invites you to atlas academy if you want to learn to be a real huntress." Penny said but inside it made jewel want to barf at the suggestion, but kept it in. "I'll think about it surly. But be sure to tell ironwood he still owes me for discovering a way to transfer aura technologically." Jewel said before she walked out of the room with a small smile that would soon fade. It was now night. The mission was in action but jewel wasn't fully aware of it, she was keeping an eye around her surroundings and a beeping sound from her earbud echoed through her eardrum. "You really think that red wanna be huntress can't even cause this madness?" Mercury said and a sigh came from emeralds end. "Why are you even asking? You experienced her semblance first hand in that training match. Pyrrah nicos is something else. And don't forget, our little kid here is gonna want to see this." Emerald said with a smile which made jewel annoyed. "Well this 'kid' just got an invitation to atlas academy. Well offered to go, but I'm not dumb enough to join." Jewel said and took out her earbud, placing it in her pocket and sighing. The fight between pyrrah and penny seemed to be going well, the two seeming to go all out without hesitation, it left all spectators in awe. Out of nowhere jewel heard the words, the words she would never want to hear. "Emerald! Do it! Now!" Mercury said and as penny was about to send her floating array's towards pyrrah for some reason she was scared, but it didn't take long to realize of what when witnessing her semblance at work, sending each wire back but to everyone's fear, penny fell to pieces, falling to the ground and everyone was in a mixture of emotions. Jewel placed the earbud back in and she was panicking. "Emerald! What the hell did you do!? The mission was to go for the fall maiden, not-" Jewel was cut off by a nevermore's screech, crashing into a barrier that protected the arena and everyone started to go into full panic mode. Jewel caught a glimpse of emerald running and without question she chased after, but lucky enough to have one of these semblances Mercury brought up just last night, her eyes turning completely white but she knew where she was going, mostly like a bats vision, sound waves entering her ear. Jewel followed emerald down the hall but when she was about to proceed emerald already disappeared, but so she thought and was knocked out cold. Everyone was in complete panic and ran past jewel without one hint of hesitation. After the madness neo who was now alone carried jewel over her shoulder, twirling her umbrella around and had a serious look on her face. Jewel woke up finally but her vision was blurry, "neo..? What happened?" She asked and rubbed her eyes. Neo just rolled her eyes and dropped jewel to the ground without hesitation and continued walking. Jewel continued to follow and held her spear close, but when she looked down and grabbed a huntress licenses from her pocket. "I'm... going to atlas. And you can't stop me. I'm going to become a huntress, and make sure I stop you." Jewel said but neo didn't face her, walking and walking but haded a small smile across her face.
