10:30am, Sunday
"Comfy?" Asked Fiona.
Jules looked up at her, still smiling at how the other girl's arms felt muscular yet gentle.
"Yeah." She responded.
The two girls were back in more or less the same position they'd been in earlier; lying on the bed cuddling, just now with their bellies full of delicious plum jam toast. They just lay there in silence for a few minutes, both content to just soak in the nice, gay vibes of the moment.
And with some occasional kissing, of course.
They were in the middle of one of these kisses, when Fiona's chin momentarily pressed against Jules's. Their chins were touching for barely a second, but it was long enough for Jules to feel something...
It wasn't anything on Fiona's chin, it was on hers...
Then Jules remembered that it had been over a week since she had shaved last her face...
Fuck.
Jules tried to remain objective about the situation. It was almost certainly fine. She'd been having laser hair removal treatments on her lower face for long enough that her facial hair growth was pretty much non-existent at this point.
Then she started thinking about... about...
"Sorry..." Jules reflexively said as soon as their lips separated.
She dropped her head into the pillow and closed her eyes out of embarrassment.
"You apologise a lot, don't you?" Fiona said, teasingly.
Jules just barely caught herself from responding with yet another apology.
"It feels kinda automatic at this point..." She half-whispered.
She saw Fiona's face turn, as if she'd only just noticed that Jules was now in a slightly-depressive mood.
"It's ok." Fiona said calmly, as she rubbed her back slightly.
Jules just sat there for a bit, staring into space, trying (and failing) to keep the worries from filling her mind.
"You wanna talk about it?" Fiona asked with that silky smooth tone of hers.
"No." Jules responded, digging her head into the pillow.
Fiona was taken aback.
"Was it... something I did earlier?" She asked.
"No." Replied Jules.
She felt like she'd made some sort of mistake, but with her mind still a mess, she couldn't for the life of her figure out what it was...
Jules tried to look back into Fiona's kind eyes, but her mind got stuck as her gaze passed the other girl's body. Not in an erotic way... but an envious way...
In comparison to her own, Fiona's body was... just... so...
The words raced through Jules' head.
Attractive? Fit?
Female?
Jules groaned slightly as her mind went through a dysphoria spiral.
It was one of the perils of being a lesbian trans woman and dating cis girls...
A 'successful' romantic encounter resulted in spending time around someone who's body wasn't considered abhorrent by depressingly large swathes of society, while yours very much was...
"It's ok..." Fiona said as she wrapped her arms back around Jules.
Jules sighed slightly as her weird, misshapen, ugly, flat, broad body was, for some reason, lovingly cradled by a very attractive woman.
