Chapter 16

<Paige's pov>

I ran home and cried into my pillow until I fell asleep. When I woke up the next morning I went to my bathroom splashed cold water on my face and looked at myself in the mirror. I don't know what it is about seeing myself sad but every time I do I break down even more. I sat on my bathroom floor for a good 30 minutes crying and trying to figure out what to do with my life. I got up and I blasted music and then got in the shower. When I got out of the shower Rose was sitting on my bed.

"Umm. What are you doing here?"

"Wow sassy! Is there a problem with me being here?"

"No of course not! Sorry I was just surprised to see you on my bed. But why are you here?"

"Shawn called me and told me what happened with you and Hayes."

"How does Shawn know?"

"He was in the kitchen when it happened and Hayes talked to him and Nash about it afterwards."

"Oh. Well I don't want to talk about this right now."

"Yeah I understand! That's why I brought you some stuff to make you feel better!"

"And what would that be?"

"Get dressed then come down stairs!"

"Okay." By the way she's dressed in guessing messy bun and pjs was appropriate. I grabbed my sports bra, underwear, sweatpants and a muscle shirt with ninja turtles on it. I put everything on and brushed my hair then threw it into a messy bun. I grabbed my phone and went down stairs. "Alright what is it you brought for me?"

"Well.... Remember when we said that we would bring each other Little Caesars and Starbucks. some candy and bake cookies/brownies and chocolate milk. And that we will watch many movies and cry together if one of our boys broke up with us or something like that?"

"Yeah?.."

"Well...." She walked to the side of me and there was everything on the countertop."

"Aww rose! I love you sooo much! Thank you so much! You just made my day!!!"

"I know! Love you too!" She laughed. We sat in the movie room down stairs and watched The Last Song, The Vow, A Walk To Remember, and a bunch more Nicholas Sparks movies. I cried a lot stuff in. My face with brownies and cookies. This is why I'm not skinny..

"Are you staying the night?"

"Duhhhh girl Duhhhh!"

"Ok well will you just stay the rest of the week? My mom will be here tomorrow and I don't want it to be me her and my dads for 1 he doesn't know she's coming he thinks it's one of my friends. 2 I don't want to explain everything about what happened with me and Hayes and then what happened with me and my mom to my dad.."

"Of course! I live next door so it's like I live here anyways..."

"True!"

"But yes I'll stay the whole time with you!"

"Okay thank you." I smiled. She smiled back. "Let's get more pizza!" We ran up to the kitchen and grabbed the last box and ran back down. This time we watched Monsters Inc. The movie ended and we went upstairs and fell asleep.

~the next morning~

We woke up made some pancakes and got ready for the day. We planned what we were going to eat for dinner and we set the table and got everything ready. Around 4:30 there was a knock at the door. I opened the door and there she was my mother.

"Hi mom!" I smiled and gave her a big hug.

"Hi sweetie!"

"So sad isn't here yet but he will be here in the next 10 minutes. And I hope it's ok Rose is going to be with us.."
