The Vampire Prison

Chapter 11

I rub my eyes as I wake up, but as I try getting up for a pee I realise I can't move I'm trapped by the kings arms as he snores on my neck softly. I take that moment to quickly observe his face and expressions his face looks peaceful as he sleeps.

I decide to grab his arms and try to push him off me but my attempts seem pointless his huge muscular arms just held me firmer causing me to huff at my fruitless attempt to escape. "Going somewhere darling?" He questions in his deep raspy morning voice making my insides melt.

I clear my throat before narrowing my eyes at him "I can't get up and I need to pee." I tell him, "Meh, too bad hold it in I need you in my arms, I can't get enough of you." Is all he responds making me whine and hit him with one free hand "I need to pee now and if you don't let me go then I'll pee on your sofa." I warn him knowing i obviously wouldn't do that.

He rolls his eyes at me before slowly unwrapping his arms from me gesturing to the toilet "You have a minute." He states plopping his hands behind his head casually while I glare at him "A minute? I'll take as long as it takes."

"You're wasting time,' he grumbles, I just dash to the toilet muttering under my breath how much I can't believe his behavior.

As soon as I finish my business I brush my teeth with a tooth brush I find not wanting morning breath "Using my toothbrush already, huh?" He grumbles leaning on the door.

"What?" I ask in disbelief not knowing it belonged to him. "Who else would it have belonged to?" He questions cocking his head to the side.

I shrug my shoulders "I don't know usually people have spares lying around." I speak but get cut off as the cell door bangs open within seconds Azron is in front of me assessing for threats more than likely his chest is heaving up and down growl like sounds echo through the cell and his teeth are bared ready to take on whatever disrupted our time together.

I then cuss myself because when did I start calling him by his name he's the vampire king for gods sake. The intruders hold their hands up in a surrender like way turning out to just be some guards they then choose to speak up "King Azron may roam the prison with you at his side." The guard informs us then adding "You have a week here roaming around the prison then we shall decide if you're ready to go in the human world with Alice."

"Whatever." Azron growls out while now turning to face me and I decide to speak for the first time since the guards entered with certainty "I've made a decision. I'd like to choose Azron as my vampire." It's true I've felt a connection with him whenever we touch I feel these sparks that make me feel funny and his eyes are just so...there's no words to explain the feelings I'm experiencing I can only think to me being his mate being the explanation for this.

Azrons glare melts away as he stares at me lovingly with something else in his eyes that I can't quite put my finger on "My mate, you make me so happy, I vow to never let you down you'll always be a goddess I may be the king but you're my queen and a king without his queen is nothing." He rasps out with so much emotion making me smile at him softly his words give me butterflies I feel like I'm on cloud 9.

"You're his mate?" One of the guard asks shocked when another adds "No wonder he listened to her she's his weakness, that means there's a chance." I look at the guard that spoke and reply "A chance for what?" The guard answers "With a mate he'll be tamed he'll be able to be happy live a normal life."

A growl is heard in the room as everyone snaps there eyes to Azron he growls out "She's not my weakness she is my strength. I also would prefer you didn't speak as if I wasn't in the room that's if you want to leave this room walking." The guards expressions turned from relax and calm to downright terrified and I don't blame them. They nod and rush out the room shouting "You're free to roam the prison together dinner is at 6pm."

"Was that necessary? They were only trying to help and they seemed nice." I cross my arms over my chest and ask raising my brow at him. He smirks with a sinister look in his eyes I've never saw they flash red to black before turning back to normal as "Very necessary mate, they spoke to you for too long and took your attention from me." He rumbles pulling me by my waist to him.
