"It's a good thing we're not among the holders who were banned from having a mission." said Diego and sat on the sofa.
We are here now in the secret room and we just finished reporting to Prof Lu. He said that the holders will be prohibited from leaving the Academy first to avoid disaster. But we are not among those banned. Prof Lu has a lot of trust in us and Fire and the others also don't want to agree to not having a mission.
Prof Lu will also talk to the council but he knows that the council will allow his wish not to give a mission first to the holders.
"True. Life without mission is boring." Aya said while eating a sandwich.
My leg wound is now healed because I was brought to the clinic earlier and Anais treated me there with the help of a witch.
"Even though we have missions, we should still focus on training. We will train hard. Especially you." Fire looked at me and I just nodded.
I'm training. I'm doing my best so don't look at me like that and I might gouge out your eyes.
"If we can immediately finish the mission that will be given to us, let's finish it immediately. We will not take the days that are left for us to rest. We will train and train. Do you understand?"
"Yes!" we answered at the same time.
Geez. We have no more rest. It is even more intense than my school days in the human world. This is more stressful.
"We don't have much classes with Prof. Dominic because Prof. Lu wants us to focus more on our elements." said ni Fire and looked at me. "But you should read books about the history because what happened in the past is important."
"Yes, Master Fire." I answered with no energy and he glared at me.
"You can all rest." he said before he sat on the swivel chair in front of the big table. It looks like he still has things to do.
We went upstairs together and went to our own rooms. As soon as I lay down, I immediately fell asleep because I was tired. The bed is too soft and comforting.
If I could sleep all week, I would. Leaving the Academy for the mission was very tiring. It's like I've been traveling on feet for a month.
"Today, you will work together." Miss Lovely said.
Since we didn't have a class with Prof Dominic, Miss Lovely took the opportunity to train us more. But we still have a class with Prof Dominic, but not every week.
"Wow! Finally!" Diego shouted.
"This is exciting." Aya said smiling.
"Listen! What do you need when you will work together?" Miss Lovely asked while walking in front of us.
"Teamwork!" we all answered.
"That's correct. Teamwork. You have to work together to do what you want. But it's not that easy because for your teamwork to be more effective you need to have the same goal. No one will argue who's best or who's worst."
That's right. This is teamwork. We will work as a team. As one. Not individually.
"Did you hear that, Diego?" Aya said to Diego who was already frowning.
"I'm really good and smart." he said and Anais and Seth winced at the same time.
"Listen." Fire said firmly so we faced Miss Lovely again.
"What you will do today is one of the most important things that you need to learn and train. Because it will affect our world. You will learn how to change and control the weather."
