06: Team Leader

Anais POV

"Slow down, Aya! We will fall from flying too fast!" Diego shouted.

We are now riding a Roc that Aya called for us to ride it back to the Academy. The Roc is a large type of bird so we fit in. Besides flying the Roc, Aya controlled the air so that we could get to the Academy immediately.

She is very worried about Solanna and so are we... except for Fire.

The holder we picked up lost consciousness because of the fear of the speed of the bird we were riding.

I really hope Solanna is still in one piece.

"You're overreacting, Diego! If anyone is going to fall here, it's you!" Aya shouted back.

Diego was about to speak but Fire stopped him with no emotion on his face. "We don't need to rush, Aya. Slow down a little bit."

"Fire we need to rush! I care about Solanna!"

We all know that Aya is friendly and quickly gets attached to the people around her.

"I don't care about her. Plus, it's not gonna be our fault if she got hurt or die, stop overreacting."

I saw Aya clench a fist and I know she's angry with Fire now. I understand her. Fire doesn't care with what he says.

"It's not being overreacting, Fire. It's about caring for someone." Aya said seriously.

I quickly looked at Fire to threaten him not to speak but he just stared at Aya's back. Aya is emotional now. We all know that Aya doesn't want people around her getting hurt, especially her friends.

She lost her whole family and she doesn't want to lose anyone again.

"Stop caring about her. She doesn't deserve that care."

"Bro, we talked about this, right? We won't judge anyone without knowing them first." Diego said.

"How can't I judge her, Diego? She's strange." Fire is calm but I know he's getting angry because we all don't agree with what he says.

"Let's just make a deal so we can stop fighting each other." Seth said.

I thought someone will disagree but everyone nodded.

Aya spoke first. "If she doesn't harm any of us for a month, you will leave her alone."

"One month is not enough. When her element comes out and when I see that she is good at fighting and none of us are hurt then I will leave her alone."

"Okay."

"But if she's an enemy... I will kill her." Fire said seriously and we were all speechless.

We've seen how Fire can kill an enemy and I have to admit that he's one of the ones I'm afraid to fight. He doesn't know how to feel sorry for people who hurt him or the one he loves.

We were all surprised when a strong wind suddenly came in our direction but only Fire disappeared and fell into the trees.

We looked at Aya in shock and Diego was about to yell at her but immediately stopped when he heard Aya's cry.

"S-She's not an enemy, right? S-Solanna is not an enemy. Please t-tell me I did a right choice..."

The three of us looked at each other and didn't know what to do. I'm also hoping for that, Aya.

Aya never fought Fire. She just did it now, that's why we were so surprised.

"We're don't know Aya, but we will make sure that she will not be an enemy." Seth said and looked at Diego and me.
