ACCIDENTAL GAME BANG (ANTHONY PADILLA FANFIC)

CHAPTER 14 ~~KENDALL~~

We drove for a little while in silence, I think Anthony was unsure what I normally ate because I had a different type of taste then my brother's. He was definitely attractive kind of guy but he was also a dick for what happened to us.

"So what do you normally eat? Are you a vegetarian or have any food allergies that I need to be aware of?" Anthony asked finally breaking the silence between both me and him, I looked over at him as he remained concentrating on the road in front of him.

"I can eat anything but I've been eating a lot of vegan food." I replied Anthony looked over at me when we were at the red light almost like he was shocked by my answer.

"You eat vegan too?" he asked I nodded I remembered that Joven had told me that he changed his diet not only for Kalel but for medical reasons.

"In that case I know the perfect vegan place that I go to all the time." Anthony smiled I nodded as he headed into the direction of the place he was talking about.

"Hey Anthony....do you think we can stop at the pharmacy after?" I asked Anthony looked over nodding turning into a CVS first and parked the car. "I'll go in, I think it will be less awkward if I do this alone." he seemed to agree as I got out of the car and headed into the store. I headed towards the aisle that contained Pads, Tampons, Condoms and of course Pregnancy Tests. I swallowed sharply I took the best one no matter the price it was. I moved towards the front counter seeing it was a middle aged woman standing for the check out line. I was next after a mother who seemed to be buying shampoo or something. I handed the cashier the test she scanned it and looked up at me with the look of shock.

"Aren't you a little young to be needing this?" she questioned I looked up at her feeling my blood boil by her response, this place was supposed to be non judgemental after all.

"First off it's not for me it's for my older married sister who is twenty eight and second that's none of your business. Can I please just pay?" I replied she placed the test into a small bag, I handed her a twenty and she made me change. I snatched the bag and my change walking away from the store, I couldn't believe that woman was so insensitive. I got back into the car still alittle pissed off and Anthony definitely could tell by the look on my face.

"I guess the cashier judged you." he answered I nodded crossing my arms, he headed towards the small vegan restaurant up the road. We got our food and he drove us to his apartment to eat and so I could take this test that I was dreading. He opened the door and a cat appeared in the doorway meowing and purring loudly. "That's Pip my cat, you're not allergic or hate cats?"

"I'm not like my brother, I love all animals and he is a cutie." I smiled he nodded taking Pip under his arms moving in so I could shut the door. His apartment was huge, I moved towards the dining room table placing the bags onto the table. I opened the small bag from CVS taking out the test when I saw Anthony came over behind me.

"The bathroom is in that room on the right side..." he whispered I knew there was no time now to stall, I moved over to the bathroom seeing Pip was laying in the shower looking back at me. "Oh and don't worry Pip just likes hanging in the shower. He won't bother you." I moved in shutting the door opening the box taking the small stick into my hands sighing sharply. I quickly took the test placing it onto the sink, the box said I needed to wait three minutes for the results. I felt Pip rub up against my leg purring very loud, I knelt do scratching the cat behind his ears seeing he was liking it. 

"What do you think Pip? What should I do if it comes out positive?" I whispered so Anthony wouldn't hear me through the door. I glanced onto my phone seeing the three minutes was up, I stood up letting Pip go hang in the shower again. I took the small test into my hands looked down and my heart literally tightened against my chest. I now knew why I was feeling so sick the last few days, it wasn't a stomach virus or anything like that. I opened the door seeing Anthony was setting the place at the table for lunch which he turned to see me standing behind me.

"What is it?" Anthony asked I tightened my hand on the test before bringing it up so he could look at it himself. He moved over taking it into his hands, read it and then I could see in his eyes that he wasn't really thrilled about the result either. 

"Positive...." we both replied at the same time looking at each other and at that moment we both knew we were both screwed.
