"Wish I was going home to her." Cortez laughs
"Shut up Cortez." Alex chuckles before folding the picture up and putting it in his pocket
"Closing in on landing point, get ready." The pilot states over the intercom, barely able to be heard over the rotors of the helicopter
"Here comes the shit Alex." Cortez speaks, attempting to sound confident but his voice betrays him.
"Just keep your fucking head down Cortez." Alex commands
"Will do Commander" Cortez retorts.
After a skirmish in the Eastern Sea, Santana had no choice but to declare war upon the Coalition. Santana Air Forces were given one objective, known as Operation Alpha; Destroy defenses scattered across beaches that the Land Forces would be using to invade. Only problem was the anti air guns that could pick helicopters out of the sky like shooting fish in a barrel. Quickly AA guns fired up on the helicopters. Explosions lit up the sky like fireworks until one helicopter exploded into a ball of fire
"We're reaching the landing zone, get ready!" The pilot screamed into the intercom
"Ready Alex?"
"Ready."
The helicopter made it's slow descent into the trees and hit the ground. They stormed out with their guns raised and formed a perimeter as the AA guns continued to fire. Almost as soon as they set the perimeter gunfire began from the tree line, causing a soldier to take cover behind a boulder as another fell to the ground, blood pouring out of his body like grape juice spilled on the kitchen counter. The helicopter's rotors began to spin to take off before a rocket came out of the treeline and hitting the helicopter. It exploded as debris went everywhere.
"My friends. Today is the beginning of the End for the Coalition. Victory Today is Victory Tomorrow. The Future of this country lies within its greatest generation. My friends, that is you! So charge and without hesitation kill the soldier in front of you. He is not a man but a monster recruited to destroy the free world much like the ones fighting for Terra that we do desperately fought against to the free the world from their Tyranny. The Coalition and Imperium are the exact same, only difference is skin color! So do not hesitate while shooting him. He is no man, but a thing sent to kill you and everything you love. Do not hesitate while plunging your bayonet in his chest. Think only patriotic thoughts."

As the Battle began in September, 30,000 Coalition Troops met 15,000 Santana troops. Artillery bombarded the city for three hours before the Air Force para dropped 10,000 soldiers into the city to cause chaos and demoralize the citizens. Rechnung Forces pushed in from the West and with that, the front collapsed. The Coalition was no more.
