Walker sat on the edge of Aryan's bed, his hands fidgeting with the hem of his shirt. The room was filled with the soft hum of Aryan's gaming console, but Walker wasn't paying attention to the game.

His mind was elsewhere, tangled up in thoughts and worries that he couldn't seem to shake.

Aryan, noticing Walker's distracted state, finally paused the game and turned to him. "What's going on, man? You've been zoned out all night."

Walker let out a heavy sigh, leaning back against the wall. "It's Aurelie."

Aryan raised an eyebrow, already having an idea of where this was going. "What about her?"

Walker hesitated, his thoughts swirling. "I just... I can't stop thinking about her. Ever since that post she made, it's like I don't know what to do. I mean, I like her—really like her—but what if she doesn't feel the same way? What if I'm just reading too much into things?"

Aryan gave him a sympathetic look, understanding the weight of what Walker was saying. "I don't think you're reading too much into anything. It's pretty obvious she likes you, man. I mean, the way she looks at you, talks about you... it's there."

Walker shook his head, still unconvinced. "But what if she's just being nice? I mean, she's my best friend, and I don't want to ruin that. What if I say something and it makes things awkward?"

Aryan leaned back, thinking about how to best reassure his friend. "Look, Walker, it's normal to be nervous about this. But you've got to ask yourself, is it worth staying silent and torturing yourself over what might be? Or is it better to just take the chance and find out how she really feels?"

Walker looked down at his hands, his heart pounding in his chest. He knew Aryan was right, but that didn't make the prospect any less terrifying. "But what if I mess everything up? What if she doesn't like me back, and things get weird between us?"

Aryan smiled, trying to lighten the mood. "Dude, you're overthinking it. You're Walker Scobell. You've faced way scarier things than this in real life and on set. And if she's your best friend, she'll appreciate your honesty, no matter what."

Walker nodded, trying to let Aryan's words sink in. He knew he had to talk to Aurelie, to be honest with her about his feelings. But the fear of losing her—of losing what they had—kept holding him back.

"What if I'm not enough for her?" Walker finally whispered, voicing his deepest fear. "She's... she's amazing, Aryan. And sometimes I wonder if I'm just not on her level."

Aryan shook his head, leaning forward to meet Walker's eyes. "Walker, you're more than enough. You're one of the best guys I know, and Aurelie sees that too. Trust me on this."

Walker took a deep breath, feeling a bit of the weight lift off his shoulders. "Thanks, Aryan. I needed to hear that."

"Anytime, man," Aryan replied, giving him a reassuring pat on the back. "Just don't let your fears stop you from going after what you want. You deserve to be happy, and if Aurelie's the one who makes you happy, then you owe it to yourself to tell her."

Walker nodded, feeling a sense of determination start to replace the doubt.

He knew what he had to do, and with Aryan's words of encouragement, he felt just a little bit braver about taking that step.
