Kendall's POV
Just woke up to the sound of my alarm, and somehow Y/n is still completely knocked out. I seriously don't know how she's still asleep. She's, of course, lying on her stomach, spread out across the bed, looking so adorable with her little soft snores. I noticed the scratches on her back that I left last night and winced, but also smiled—I might've kept her up a little too late, but honestly, I just can't get enough of her.
I sighed happily and checked my phone, seeing tons of messages from both my family and Y/n's. Her family arrived yesterday and stayed at their new place they bought last year here in Hidden Hills, with Tommy staying there too. Sage texted me, saying she, Dawn, and Care are running errands with Kourtney and my mom, apparently on some mission Khloe sent them on. I couldn't help but laugh, imagining my mom and Sage somehow convincing everyone to stop for happy hour.
I glanced at my calendar and noticed the reminder that I'm now 4 1/2 months pregnant. It's crazy how time is flying by! We have a doctor's appointment in two weeks, which I'm so looking forward to, but I'm especially excited about today because we're finally finding out what we're having. I know Y/n is just as thrilled as I am—she's been counting down the days with me.
As I'm lost in my thoughts, I notice Y/n starting to stir, slowly waking up. I can't help but smile as I reach over to gently rub her back, feeling her warm skin underneath my fingertips. She slowly shifts and rolls over, her eyes fluttering open, revealing that familiar sleepy excitement. I lean down and whisper, "Good morning, babe. Today's the day... we're going to find out if were havinga boy or a girl," before gently kissing her lips.
"Good mornin', darlin'," she replies in that groggy, sweet voice of hers that I love so much. I can't help but smile widely as I ask, "How did you sleep?"
She chuckles softly, "Well, I slept like a baby after you worked me over last night," she teases, reaching beneath the sheets to gently rub my belly with her touch being so tender and warm.
I let out a soft chuckle "I worked you over, huh? Well, I'm sure this works both ways, babe," I tease back, grinning at her. Y/n rolls her eyes and pulls me closer as we cuddler up closer, and Y/n starts to kiss my shoulder gently, her lips brushing against my skin, sending little shivers down my spine. She plays with my hair, her fingers running through it softly.
"I'm so ready for today," she whispers, and I can't help but smile at how excited she is.
"I can't wait either," I reply, my heart swelling with happiness.
Y/n's phone starts vibrating, and she sighs contentedly before rolling over to grab it. A moment later, she chuckles, which immediately catches my attention.
"What?" I ask, curious about what's amusing her.
She shakes her head, still smiling. "I think Dusty forgets that I can see her location."
