Ranae's pov

Ranae: thank youuu we had so much fun

I was talking to our jetski tour guides as they took us on the most beautiful tour ever. I seen parts of Miami that I never even knew existed. It honestly made me feel like I was back in the islands. One of the jetski tour guides named Zay walked up to me.

Zay: hey uhh I jus wanted to say you're very beautiful and if you aren't taken i would like to take your number

Ranae: I .. um

I was nervous because I've been in uncomfortable situations where rejecting a man almost cost me my life before

Brandy: she taken

Brandy grabbed my arm and walked away

Zay: my bad

He yelled this out from a distance . We get further away from the crowd and she looks at me upset. She starts talking to me in a very angry tone.

Brandy: are you frl right now

I didn't say anything. I don't like confrontation and I genuinely don't like the tone she's using with me right now. I'm big on communication and right now she's not talking to me she's talking at me.

Brandy: oh so now you can't talk.

Ranae: why are you being so mean right now

Brandy: why couldn't you tell niggas tht you taken?

Ranae: I was scared and caught off guard.

Brandy: yea I'm sure you were

I was getting overwhelmed with how she was talking to me. I didn't like it at all and when I don't like something I remove myself

Ranae: I'm not doing this, I'm going to go set up my stuff for the picnic . You can come join me or stay here or do whatever but I'm not having this conversation

Brandy: you walking away like you not the one in the wrong ...

I sighed and walked away. I love brandy but that toxic bs she's used to isn't gone fly with me. We're not even dating yet and she's making me feel like this

Brandy's pov

I hate when mfs play with my feelings. If a girl asked for my number I woulda straight said I'm taken wtf. Den she gone walk away like I did some.

Zyonne: you good? What was tht all about ?

Brandy: yea I'm good.. mfs jus irritate me

I didn't even notice Ranae was right behind me grabbing one of the coolers we brought

Ranae: so I'm "mfs" now . Ok got it

She walked away very obviously pissed off

Zyonne: okay.. well i think y'all will make up but right now I think you should leave her alone. Atleast from a girls perspective. I know you're a girl too but you know what I mean

Brandy: yea let's just go find Kory and set up our picnic blanket

We walk over to a nice area of the beach where the ocean was close enough for a good view but far enough to where we didn't get our blankets wet

Zyonne's pov

So me,Brandy, and Kory decide to eat our food together and for a while it's silent.

Zyonne: I'm not gone lie, I've been friends with both of y'all for years so I know when y'all are quiet it's some on your minds
