(Okay let's actually start this)

The next few weeks blended into each other. Days passed in a monotonous blur as I carried out my duties. It was the kind of routine that made time seem irrelevant. I spent my days training, working, and occasionally catching up with Yuzu, who had just finished her training with Kori. Kori, despite her annoying quirks, wasn't as bad as I’d initially thought.

Suddenly, the tranquility of my home was shattered. Luna's crow—yes, the very one that should have been gone—smashed through my window. I spun around, startled, as the crow flapped its wings wildly.

"What the fuck do you want, you overgrown fly?" I snapped, glaring at the bird.

“Muzan has infiltrated the headquarters!” the crow shrieked, its voice filled with panic.

My heart dropped into my stomach. Panic surged through me like a tidal wave. I leapt into action, grabbing my sword from its stand. Without wasting a second, I raced to Luna's old room. I knew she kept spare weapons hidden there. I yanked open drawers, rummaging through them, and grabbed a few blades and tools that might be useful. The urgency of the situation made my movements frantic.

As I dashed back, I saw Yuzu behind me, her expression grim. It seemed her crow had delivered the same horrifying news. My estate was too far from the master's mansion, and by the time we arrived, flames were already engulfing the building. The inferno blazed with a fiery fury, the heat palpable even from a distance. The mansion—my home—was consumed by the flames.

For a moment, I stood there, paralyzed by the sight. The destruction was overwhelming, the mansion I had called home reduced to a blazing ruin. But there was no time for grief. I had to find the master, and fast. Yuzu and I plunged into the chaos, desperate to reach the heart of the fire.

Suddenly, the ground beneath us trembled, a low rumble that grew louder and more intense. Before we could react, the floor cracked open, and we plunged into darkness.

---

The fall was disorienting. I flailed through the air, my surroundings a blur of shifting shadows. My umbrella opened instinctively, slowing my descent. I floated down gently to what seemed like a bizarre, ever-moving mansion. The walls and floors shifted, rearranging themselves with an unsettling fluidity.

“What the fuck is this?” I muttered as I landed with a soft thud, my umbrella closing above me.

I scanned the room, trying to make sense of the situation. The strange architecture of the place seemed almost alive, reacting to every step we took. From above, I heard a familiar scream. I recognized it instantly—it was Yuzu.

I quickly closed up my umbrella, bracing myself as I extended my arms. Yuzu landed safely in my grasp, and I quickly set her down.

“You’re fine,” I said, trying to sound reassuring as she dusted herself off.

“You never change,” Yuzu remarked with a wry smile as she looked around. “Where are we?”

“Who the fu—” I started, but the floor beneath me gave way. I fell once again, the sensation of falling almost serene compared to the chaos above.
