"Hey Dolph, check this out," Lucy called from the brochure stand in the Pokémon Center.

Arndolfr just finished writing his five-page journal entry regarding the previous events that transpired previously. He then kept his journal in his bag and went towards Lucy to see what she's got.

"Take a look at this," she said, showing him a small brochure that featured a lighthouse in Cerulean Cape. "I think it's worth to visit this lighthouse if you want to fill up your Pokédex faster, don't you think?"

"Hmm, well, Prof. Oak did give me the task of completing it for him," Arndolfr pondered. "Okay then, I think it's worth the while. And maybe if we're lucky, we'll get to see some rare Pokémon like a Grimer or a Voltorb. Ooh! I'd just want to bring one home and cuddle it all the time!"

"Dolph, d'you actually know what Grimers and Voltorbs are?" Lucy asked disbelievingly.

"Well, no, I don't," Arndolfr admitted. "That's why I'd want to meet one of them sometime."

Lucy stared at him for a moment then sighed, "Okay, keep your head up. You'll go places with that level of optimism."

Arndolfr decided to let Legolas out of his Pokéball for the trip to Cerulean Cape, since he didn't really have it rough during Arndolfr's battle with Crasher Wake. Lucy, on the other hand, brought out Sapphira.

"Wow, Lucy, you're really dedicated in training Sapphira to become a strong Pokémon, aren't you?" Arndolfr asked while they were walking over Nugget Bridge.

"Of course, I am," Lucy said with an air of pride. "True dedication of trainers who train Magikarps will reward them with the strength that is from the oceans once these babies evolve into Gyarados."

"Hmm, you're right," Arndolfr agreed. "But I'm still worried about that paint on Sapphira. Won't it come off?"

Lucy sighed, "I've done everything to try and remove the paint without hurting Sapphira too much, but it just won't come off. That salesman sure has the nerve to put permanent paint on this poor Magikarp."

"You're telling me," Arndolfr replied. "It's colored gold, too. People might get confused."

"Well, we'll just have to bear with it for now," said Lucy. "It's bound to come off once Sapphira evolves."

The two encountered a few trainers once they got through Nugget Bridge. Legolas had no problems defeating the other trainers' Pokémon and he gained a few levels as a result. But Arndolfr is more impressed with Sapphira. With Lucy's technique of making Sapphira dodge all attacks with Splash and defeating all the other Pokémon with only Tackle, Sapphira was able to beat as many Pokémon as Legolas did.

"Wow, Lucy, how long have you been training Pokémon?" said an impressed Arndolfr. "I can probably say that you're already a pro."

"Flattery can't get you anywhere, honey," Lucy replied, giving Arndolfr a wink.

"W-what? 'Honey?' W-where did that come from?" Arndolfr blurted out.

Lucy merely chuckled demurely. Soon, they reached Cerulean Cape, which is looking pretty foggy late in the afternoon.

"This could use a bit of cheering up," Arndolfr said with a flat tone.

"You're telling me," Lucy agreed.

They only had to walk a bit farther in order to reach the lighthouse shown in the brochure. The lighthouse did look exactly like it was on the brochure. But the environment was completely different.

"Wow, I expected something a bit more romantic back at the Pokémon Center," Lucy complained. "Cerulean Cape is a place where many lovers meet, after all."
