i'm listening to: P.U.N.K girl by heavenly (listen to it while reading)
(Y/N) rolled her eyes in annoyance, listening to the sound of her principal's voice, that got lost in her head sometime ago.
"Are you even listening, Miss. (L/N)?" Principal Petersen questioned, raising a brow.
(Y/N) shook back to reality, nodding slowly at him. "Uh-huh." She murmured, looking away from him. Petersen shot her a look, before he decided to try and get her attention again. "OK, so, you do understand that if you don't stop getting into fights that you will be expelled?" he said, furrowing his brows at every emphasis. (Y/N) finally flickered her eyes onto him, and he could've sworn she had a look of sheer panic in her eyes before she quickly hid it away.
"Yeah, yeah. I do." She replied, holding intimidating eye contact with him before he looked away awkwardly. He sighed, slapping his desk which let (Y/N) know that it was time to leave.
She gathered her things, pulled her backpack onto her shoulder and grasped the door knob.
"I don't want you to get expelled, (Y/N)." Petersen said, watching as she turned around, meeting his eyes and softened look. She glanced away, before she looked back at him with a small smile, shrugging her shoulders.
"You wouldn't expel me," she said confidently, still holding that smile as she held that same, scary eye contact she did earlier. Principal Petersen furrowed his brows, taken aback by her words. "Why do you think that is?"
"Because my boyfriend is the smartest guy in the school, and that contributes to all of the funding for this school. If I leave, he leaves. You wouldn't do that." Her lips curled upwards again, the cream-like skin on her cheeks having small wrinkles. Petersen was speechless, staring at her with a blank expression. (Y/N)'s smile widened. "Bye now!"
(Y/N) was headed home, gripping the handle of her backpack as she walked along the sidewalk. She walked past Sheldon's house, before she quickly decided to have a change of plans.
Turning into his driveway, she smiled to herself. She hadn't actually met with him outside of school recently, so, why not? She got up to the front door, bringing her hand up into a fist to knock. She curled her hand into a fist a lot, but not to knock on a door.
(Y/N) knocked in a certain pattern, she'd picked up that habit from Sheldon a while ago. She could hear footsteps from inside the house, she assumed it was Mary. She loved Mary. A lot. The door opened, revealing Mary. Yay.
"Oh, hi, (Y/N)! I wasn't expecting you tonight." When does she ever? Sometimes (Y/N) would just show up out of nowhere, it just depended on if she felt like it. Mary had that too-wide smile on her face, just like she always did. But (Y/N) knew she had good intentions.
"Hi, Mrs.Cooper. Is Sheldon home?" (Y/N) asked, smiling as she waved her hand. Mary nodded. She turned around before loudly yelling, "Shelly! It's (Y/N)!". (Y/N) blushed lightly, smiling. It was rare that (Y/N) ever blushed for someone, let alone smile just thinking about them. That's just how she was, it was hard to please the P.U.N.K girl. Some of the people in her school that had a crush on her always wondered how it felt to be loved by (Y/N). Jealousy. They must feel honored.
Soon, Sheldon appeared next to Mary with his pale cheeks a faint pink. "Hello, (Y/N)." He tried to hide his smile since his mom was there, he always acted so different around (Y/N).
The P.U.N.K girl blushed, smiling even more widely now. Mary nodded before leaving, a smile on her face, too. She loved to see her son have actual social interaction.
"Hi, Sheldon." (Y/N) said, before embracing him in a tight hug. Sheldon's eyes widened, though he should've expected this. She unraveled from him, though he wished it would've lasted longer. "You know, Sheldon," she began, poking his nose. "You're, like, super pretty." She grinned, watching his flustered reaction. "I beg to differ," He said, looking away awkwardly.
"So, who did you fight with today?" Sheldon asked the girl, motioning at the small cuts on her hand. "Oh, this girl who thought she was a cat." She said, chuckling at the scratches. Sheldon shook his head. "What did Principal Petersen say to you?" he questioned. He asked a lot of questions.
"He said I needed to stop getting into fights before I end up getting expelled." She replied, holding that strong eye contact with him, now. Sheldon's face fell. "What?!"
(Y/N) had to think fast, to distract him. So, she took a hold of his flushed cheeks, and kissed him.
It lasted for a second or too, before she hesitantly pulled away. "Shut up, will you?" she uttered, looking into his blue eyes as she pressed her forehead against his. His blush was unexplainable. It ran down his neck, dusted his nose, and covered his ears. How cute.
"I-I..." he couldn't think of what else to say, managing to keep her gaze. She smiled, before straightening back up. Pushing him aside, she walked into the house.
"Hey, Mrs.Cooper, what's for dinner?"
