Destiny of love

chapter 13

Kayal's pov :

We pulled away on hearing the glass sound. I didn't turn to look who it was as I was very embarrassed. He loosened his hold on me and I took away my hands from his. I was trying to control my pants and embarrassment.  He got down from the slab.

" go to your room. I will wash the remainder plates " I heard my mother in laws voice making me shut my eyes tightly.  I was scolding my husband in every single bad word I knew in my mind.

" no I will.. " I voice came out meekly and I cleared my throat.

" yes I can see how you are trying to wash them and how he is trying to stop you.  Go to your room now " she said curtly.  I walked out without raising my head and looking at her. I couldn't face her after what she saw.

I ran to our room and fell on the bed on my stomach and muffled my screams into the pillow.

"Umm...  Kayal " Mugil called me.

" Idiot... you know right we are not alone here as we were in Bangalore " I asked him experated.

" I thought they slept " he said trying to justify himself.

" I thought they slept " I mimicked his words.

" how will I face her tomorrow " I whined

" As like you did today " he said making me irritated.

" just shut your mouth or else I will sleep on the floor today " I blackmailed him.

" If you did it then I will invite myself beside you " he said making me more irritated.

" I give up " I said pulling up the comforter.

" but I won't " he said and switched off the lights. He made his way into the comforter and wrapped his arm around me. I pushed his hands off me but he didn't give up he wrapped it around me again. I tried to pry it off me again but he tightened his hold making me give up.

" sleep , my love . We need to wake up early tomorrow " he said kissing my neck making me sigh and melt into his embrace. I love this man. I can't stay angry on him for more than few minutes.  He has the capability to melt me into puddle in his palm. I slept in his embrace as sleep invaded me.

As usual when I woke up in the morning he was already looking at me . I pecked on his lips and hugged him tightly burying my face into his neck.

Thirty minutes later I walked into kitchen to prepare breakfast. My mother in law was already there.  I turned around to walked away half through the way again I turned around and walked back to the kitchen.  In one way or the other I have to face her. So I mustered up my courage chanting mantras that she shouldn't scold me.

"  He doesn't leave you alone for atkeast one day ... does he " she asked as soon as she felt my presence in the kitchen.

" No it's not like what that Athai " I tried to say something.

" Yes I saw a glimpse of what it was yesterday.  I don't know how you are managing him. " she said shaking her head. I stayed mum not willing to hear more embarrassing words from her.

" Learn to not give in always when ever they ask for it.  Only say yes when  you also want it " she said making my eyes widen. Doesn't all mothers and mother in laws says the other way around.

" did you hear me or not " she asked

" yes Athai. I doesn't give in always " I said to her and continued to help her.

Liar my mind voice screamed at me. The thing is even if I refuse seeing his puppy eyes I melt and give in. Now he has turned me into someone who craves for sex more from  her husband so in this I cannot say the mistake is only on his side. We both are equally partners in this case but I cannot say this to her.

Soon we got ready and had breakfast and retired to the marriage hall where the wedding is to be held ..
