"Karma—I mean, my younger brother—is coming over today!" Kira burst through the door of her home, her face a mask of panic as she frantically waved her hands.
Loid Forger, her fake husband, looked up from the sofa, his eyes widening in shock. "Today!?"

As Kira was leaving the school campus, Karma suddenly appeared in front of her with a mischievous look. "I'm coming over today to make sure you didn't marry some weirdo."
Kira's eyes widened, and she took an involuntary step back, her voice wavering. "W-what!?"
"Be ready, sis. Bye!" Karma called out as he began to walk away, not giving her a chance to respond.
Kira sprinted after him, her heart pounding. "W-wait, Karma—" ➤
"So, yes... he insisted on coming over to congratulate us," she said, her voice trembling slightly. "What should we do? He won't find out this marriage is fake, will he?"
Loid, trying to stay calm despite the tension, offered a reassuring smile. "Don't worry. I've prepared some lovey-dovey couple accessories just for this occasion."
