Liv Morgan's POV
Today is Dominik's trail day. All the hard work has lead up to this day. Dominik can actually be free because he deserves it. I was sitting in the court room with Sonya. Raquel was up there and now we are just waiting for Dominik to show up at the court room.
Moments later, Dominik walked in with a suite. Looking mighty handsome of course. I never seen him wear a suite before but he looks great. Dominik and Raquel exchange hands with each other.
"All Rise! The court of general sessions Seventeenth Judicial Circuit is now in session. The honorable Judge Michael Cole is presiding."
Everyone stood up until the judge came in and sat down before us.
"You may all be seated." He tells us and we do. " The case of the people of the state of new jersey versus Dominik Óscar Gutierrez. Are both sides ready?" The judge asked. "Attorney . Raquel Rodriguez, you may have the floor." He tells me.
Raquel stands up walking towards the middle of the court.
"Thank you your honor. My client Dominik was put in jail for 1 year and 3 months. During the recent amount of weeks, he was seeking therapy from Dr. Morgan. In those sessions with Dominik, she has found out that he is not the killer of Angie Gutierrez." Raquel said.
"Do you have proof for what you are saying Ms Rodriguez?" Judge Cole asked her.
"Indeed I do your honor. I have a witness. Ms Lyra Valkaria. Who actually witnessed the act that went down." Raquel stated.
The judge brought in Lyra as she was so shy to be in this court room but she made her way through the stand and sat down beside the judge.
"Ms. Lyra do you swear that you will tell the truth and only the truth?" The judge asked her.
"I do." She says.
"Ms. Valkaria on that night of Angie's death, where was Dominik?" Raquel asked her.
"Dominik was in a BMW vehicle just seconds after Angie's death. I saw him walking inside his house with his mother already dead on the floor." She answered.
"And who exactly did you see pulling that trigger?" Raquel questioned her.
"A woman with short black hair with black lips stick with a revolver gun in her hand. She dropped the gun just moments after shooting Angie down and she ran off with two other men that night." She described.
Raquel went over and grab a folder, pulling out a picture.
"Did the woman look like this?" Raquel questioned.
"Yes, that's her." Lrya confirmed.
Raquel showed everyone in the court room the picture of Rhea Ripley. I looked at the back of Dominik's head but I couldn't see his face.
I wonder how he feels knowing the truth now. I wonder how his face looks right now. That his own wife took his mother away. The entire court room was shocked and Raquel proceeded to show further evidence. Showing that Rhea was the one who purchased the gun and not Dominik.
The evidence was clear and the judge has no choice but to see it.
The court room was loud and the judge bangs his gavel serval times to get the court room under control.
"Now with all the evidence, Dominik Óscar Gutierrez, I plead you.......NOT Gulity of the murder of Angie Gutierrez. " Judge Cole announced as he bang his gavel once more.
Releasing and ending the trial.

I was outside of the court room and I was waiting for Dominik and Raquel. It's been over an hour since they been in there. Sonya stayed longer inside but I don't know what the reason is.
I'm worried about Dominik and I just want to know if he is okay. Mentally of course.
A big bomb was dropped on him.
The door opened and I jumped up to see if it was Dominik but it was Lryna and Sonya.
"Thank you so much for coming here today. You did great." Sonya said to her.
"It felt good to get that off my chest. Now what's next for you guys now?" I heard Lyra asked Sonya.
"To track down to find Rhea and get her locked up as soon as possible but her whereabouts are far gone. It's been over a year so I had no idea where to even look." Sonya admitted.
"I hope you find her soon and thank you for protecting my family. I was really scared that Rhea was gonna harm them if I told." Lyra said to Sonya.
"Of course. We won't let anything happen to your family." Sonya promises and Lrya smiles and leaves. "Take care!"
"Sonya, where Dominik?" I quickly asked her.
"He's inside. He should be out any moment now." She informs me. "But I have to head back into the office. I'll catch you later Liv." She tells me and I nodded.
I stretch my neck more and the door finally opened until I saw Raquel and Dominik coming out together. I stare at him with a fainted smile, hoping he would acknowledge me too.
I waited over an hour for him and my heart was constantly beating rapidly.
I saw Dominik ran his fingers through his hair as Raquel was telling him something. Dominik then noticed me and that sad look turned into a smile. I saw him quickly coming towards me but in my eyes, it felt like he was moving slower.
Dominik suddenly wrapped his arms around me, hugging me tight in his arms. I hugged back, feeling so relieved for him. Dominik let go of me, looking into my eyes, holding my cheek in his hand.
"I can't wait any longer to kiss you. I want you now." He says, pressing his lips into mine before I could even process.
His lips were so soft, his manly scent consuming me. He smells so good. Not like those men I went I on blind dates with. I felt so many butterflies in my stomach, it was good butterflies.
The passion in this kiss was so everything I ever dreamed him. It felt amazing.
It felt so euphoric.
It felt......I was meant to kiss him.
