3. First meeting.

Liv Morgan's POV

After a thorough background check, I was assigned to be Dominik Mysterio's therapist at the New Jersey State Prison. It really blows me that I agreed to help Aalyah but I couldn't resist. She looked so desperate wanted someone to help her brother.

And I enjoy helping people.

I did all of this and I haven't confronted Raquel that I took this job opportunity and I wonder what the hell she's even gonna say.

Probably I'm nuts, right?

"I'm back!" I heard her coming inside our apartment.

Speaking of her right now.

"Hey, you're home pretty late." I said to her.

"Oh yeah, I was helping with him attorneys on a case and we also had a new guy come in as well." Raquel tells me about her day and I smile. "So, how was your day? Didn't you tell me you had an appointment with someone or something like that?"

"I did down at Oak City. I met up with a young girl who needed my help for her brother. She umm.....well her brother is in prison." I admitted.

Raquel looked at me with a stunned look.

"Uhh did you just say prison?" She asked and I nodded.

"Yes it's Dominik. Dominik Mysterio." I flat out admitted.

Now Raquel was giving me an addled look, her eyes squinting and scratching the back of her head.

"So you decided to become a therapist to help recover the guy who murdered his mother? Liv please tell me you're kidding." She asked me.

"Yesterday you said there was no evidence that he killed his mom."

"But you also forgot the part that he is apart of the most wanted gang in the city. He's still a criminal."

"You don't get it. You should have seen his little sister. From her voice and how she described her brother, Dominik was a caring person who loved his family. Shes worried that he might of gone crazy." I explain to Raquel.

"No shit Liv. The man is in jail for murder. Of course he's gone insane. Ay dios mío." Raquel stresses about it. "I don't like this. I'm nervous for you." She admits to me.

"I'll be fine. I swear. I know it's crazy but I want to help him and I'm doing for his sister sake so she can at least have her brother sane enough so he wouldn't have to transfer to another prison. If Dominik transfers, she won't be able to visit him." I clarify to her.

Raquel sighs and gives me a motherly type stare but then smiles moments after.

"This is so you Liv. Always helping people no matter what. I would hate for his sister to not be able to see her family. In a strange twisted way, you're doing the right thing." She says and I smiled.

"I'm glad you understand. You're literally the world's greatest best friend ever!" I said and then I jumped up into her arms, hugging her as my legs wrapped around her waist.

A alerted beep as I pressed the black button at the prison gate. Two security guards walked over and saw me, I clenched hard on my notebook and bag as their tall and buff presents intimidated me a little.

"Ma'am, state your reasons for being here." He tells me and his voice was deep.

"I'm Dr. Liv Morgan, a therapist and I'm here because I have an appointment with an intimate patient." I admitted also showing my ID card to the security.
