Sang

Sang kept her smile to herself as she felt Luke's hands fiddle with her hair from behind while she worked at her desk. It reminded her of the days he'd sat behind her in class at Ashley Waters when he'd play with her hair.

When he kept doing it, she paused to look behind her. "Why aren't you helping the guys?" She'd assumed he'd only stopped by to tease her on his way back outside from the bathroom, but he'd been fussing with her hair for a few minutes now.

He blew out an annoyed breath. "Right now they're making plans for the garage, and North keeps telling me I'm in the way. So now I'm not in the way." He flashed a grin. "Well, I'm not in their way."

"You're not in my way either," she promised. It wasn't like he was really distracting her from her work. And it was kind of fun to have someone else around. So long as they were quiet. This wasn't really work she could do and hold a conversation, but Luke hadn't been talking at all.

He eyed her with a mischievous expression he almost managed to cover with an innocent look. "You can go back to work. But . . . can I touch more than just your hair?"

"Yes," she said slowly, wondering what, exactly, she was agreeing to. He wasn't going to draw on her skin or something, was he? But if he did, she figured she'd feel it and stop him. Hesitantly she turned back to her laptop.

At first, he still played with her hair, leading to her relaxing. Maybe he'd just wanted to make sure he could expand his fiddling around if he got bored with her hair.

The first touch came at her ear as he ran his finger gently along the outside of it. Her breath hitched as she shivered at his touch, goosebumps breaking out along her arms. Then he went back to playing with her hair. After a few moments, she relaxed again, able to breathe easier as she focused on her work. Next he ran just the tips of his fingers up and down the back of her neck. This was more soothing than the ear touch, so while she shivered initially, she was able to go back to work soon after.

Then she felt lips along the outside of her ear, where he'd ran his finger before, his hot breath brushing the back of her neck. Her hands froze above the keyboard, a small sound escaping her as he nipped her lobe when he got to the bottom of her ear.

Her heart pounded now, her whole body warming when he ran his lips back up her ear, but let his lower lip drag so the inside of it caught on her skin. The sensation made her shiver.

He stopped at the top of her ear, breathing against her as she held her breath, waiting to see what he would do next. Gently, he moved her hair to the side, baring her neck before he dropped down to give open-mouthed kisses all along her neck.

She let out a moan, her hands abandoning the keyboard to move behind her and cradle Luke's face. He nuzzled against one of her hands, kissing her palm before returning to her neck. She swallowed a whimper before spinning the chair around, wanting his lips on hers. His brown eyes were heavy lidded with desire, though brightened with a pleased light as she reached for him.

Then the front door burst open as Gabriel and Nathan came through it. Sang jumped in her seat, her face flaming red as Luke slumped where he stood, letting out a quiet groan.

Nathan furrowed his brow at her. "Are you okay?"

"Yes," she squeaked, wondering if she was so red she looked like she had a fever.

Luke didn't help her blush when his lips pushed out in a pout, making him look like he was part of some photo shoot about to happen. "We were great. And then you guys came in."

Nathan frowned at them while Gabriel's eyebrows rose in interest before he said, "Well, there's nothing really here for us to eat, and we're working here way too often to put up with that. We need to go shopping to buy real food."
