Karen was currently walking her way to school and she saw news vans and police officers all over the place. She saw Randy running towards her looking out of breath.

"You mind telling me what's going ?" Karen asked with a raised brow while Randy was catching his breath.

"Casey Becker and Steve Orth were murdered last night. They were gutted, Steve was tied to the chair, and Casey was hung by a tree where her parents found her. As soon as I heard that I looked everywhere for you." Randy said frantically as Karen stood there and digested the information.

She never really interacted with Steve or Casey, they seemed okay to her. Even if someone didn't like them they didn't deserve what happened to them.

"You were looking for me ?" Karen asked with a smile.

"Yes. I don't want anything to happen to you when I'm not around." Randy said.

Karen kissed him on the cheek and grabbed his hand leading him to the school away from the commotion. Karen was in her class waiting for her name to be called, the only downside to being in school at the moment was being in separate classes from her boyfriend. She was in the same class with the girl she hated the most in school, Sidney Prescott was someone she couldn't stand. Karen wasn't really friends with the friend group because of how they treated Randy. Karen definitely didn't like Sidney because of how she allowed Randy to be mistreated by her friends and how she allowed it.

"Karen, you're up next." The teacher said.

Karen grabbed her stuff and walked out of the classroom to the principal's office. While she was walking she saw Sidney coming her way and she sent a mean look to Sidney before continuing her walk. Sidney caught the look and sighed sadly, she didn't get why Karen hated her so much but that was the least of her worries. Karen had entered the room and greeted the principal with a smile. Then she saw Dewey and hugged him tightly.

"How's it going, Deputy Riley ? I know you want to be taken seriously so I'm giving you the respect you deserved and earned." Karen said with a smile.

"Thanks a lot, Karen. I appreciate it. I'm doing good by the way." Dewey said grateful to her.

"So, how does this start ?" Karen asked as she sat down on the chair.

"Well, how've you been doing lately ?" Sheriff Burke asked.

"Everything's been going great. Life's been treating me pretty well these days. People have left me alone, my relationship is stable, and I have been able to more happy which is something I'm not used to." Karen listed down.

"Well you will have to get used to being more happy because there's a lot of that going around." Sheriff Burke said.

"Thank you. Anything else ?" Karen asked.

That's when they started questioning her about Casey and Steve and she answered truthfully. Karen would pass by but she never actually interacted with them and didn't know them that well. After she was done being questioned she met with Randy eating lunch at the water fountain. Much to her annoyance and disappointment the others came and sat with them talking about what happened. She tuned back into the conversation when she heard Sidney ask a question.

"How do you again someone ?" Sidney asked disgusted. Karen gave an evil smile seeing her chance to mess with Sidney.

"You take a knife and you slit them from groin to sternum." Karen said.

"Hey, it's called tact, you fuckrag." Billy said. Karen shrugged her shoulders unashamed of her actions.

"Well she's the one who asked. Plus, if she didn't want us to say anything then why ask out loud ?" Karen asked raising a brow.

"Hey, Stu, didn't you use to date Casey ?" Sidney asked.

"Yeah, for like two seconds." Stu said with a small laugh.

"Before she dumped you for Steve" Randy commented. Karen smiles at him and Tatum quickly turns to face her boyfriend.

"I thought you dumped her for me ?" Tatum asked confused.

"I did. He's full of shit." Stu denied.

"Or Randy's telling the truth. And you're the one who's full of shit because you're embarrassed to admit it." Karen said teasing him.

"And are the police aware that you dated the victim ?" Randy asked him.

"What're you saying ? That, that I killed her ?" Stu asked.

"No one said that. You did. That fact that you acted a little nervous makes you suspicious." Karen said.

"She's right. Plus it would certainly improve your high school q." Randy said.

"Stu was with me last night. Okay ?" Tatum said defending her boyfriend.

"Yeah I was." Stu said.

"Was that before or after he sliced and diced ?" Randy asked.

"Fuck you, nutcase. Where were you doing last night ?" Tatum asked.

"Working, thank you." Randy said.

"At the video store ? I thought they fired your sorry ass." Tatum said with a smile. That made Karen want to punch her.

"Twice. If it wasn't for my wife here, I'd be out of a job." Randy said gesturing towards Karen.

"At least we have jobs. Your brother has a job. What have you accomplished that was so great ?" Karen asked. Tatum didn't know what to say to that.

"I didn't kill anybody." Stu said.

"Nobody said you did." Billy said.

"Thanks, body." Stu said.

"Besides, it takes a man to do something like that." Randy repeating what Stu said mockingly.

"Yo, I'm gonna gut your ass in a second, kid." Stu threatened jokingly.

"You'll have to get through me first. I can put up a good fight." Karen said.

"She can. I've seen it." Randy said. He's still shocked by the fight that occurred last month.

"Tell me something, did you really put her liver in the mailbox ? Cause I heard that they found  her liver in the mailbox next to her spleen and her pancreas." Randy said in a funny voice and that made Karen laugh at him.

"Randy, you goon-fuck, I'm trying to eat here." Tatum said slapping his arm feeling grossed out.

"You think you're grossed out by that ? You wear different types of clothes showing off your body to the boys here exposing yourself. I mean what's the sense of dressing like that if you already have a boyfriend ?" Karen asked. Tatum looked at her shocked while Randy tried very hard to hold in a laugh.

"She's getting mad, Randy. You better liver alone. Liver alone!" Stu said laughing.

Sidney kissed Billy on the cheek and got up and walked away. Karen smiled at the sight of Sidney being uncomfortable and Billy hit Stu on the arm.

"Ow. Liver, liver. Live ? It was a joke." Stu said.

"Thanks Stu. You just made my day. Come on, Randy." Karen said as she grabbed his arm and dragged him back to the school.

After school was over, Karen and Randy went to work as usual and when they were done with work they went back home. They carefully watched their surroundings and made sure that they were safe. As long as they followed the rules of the horror movies they were safe, weren't they ? But Karen was planning to break one of the rules after the killing spree was over.
