"We were together in the Red Room. You didn't know she was there?" Sofia started the story.

"I knew. Continue."

"You knew?! And you left her too?"

"Sofia God damn it finish your story! I will explain myself later." Nat said harshly.

"Okay, geez. So after they separated us... " she pointed at her and Nat "...and you escaped I made a closer contact with Yelena. We became friends, just like we did, and decided to escape together."

"What happened later?"

"As I mentioned before, I got badly injured, but Yelena took care of me. If not her, I would have bled to death. We found a hideout and stayed there for some time until I got better. Then we worked together for a while. One day we met a scientist who was helping us with some stuff. We worked with him on this liquid I used on my first mission here, do you remember it?"

"Yes, go on."

"Yeah, so one day we were laying in our hideout after an intense day. We talked about what to do next and I told her that I have a job to do but I would rather go without her. I explained why, she was mad, maybe sad about it. Then she kissed me and gave me the liquid. The next day our paths diverted. I haven't seen her since that day." Sofia ended. Silence filled the room.

"So you didn't tell her about me?" Nat asked.

"No."

"So she didn't know that I was the one who escaped?"

"Probably not, but I guess she found out. I think now it's your turn for some explanation." Sofia looked at Nat and crossed her arms.

"Fine." She took a deep breath. "Yelena isn't my biological sister, we were raised together in a fake family made of spies. Long story short they took us to the Red Room but they separated us. I saw her once, maybe twice through this whole time."

"So you wanted to escape with me and not your sister?"

"I wanted to take both of you, but I knew it was impossible! I couldn't even take one of you! I had to go alone. After that I thought I was done for you. That I was the last person you wanted to see. I love my sister and I wanted her to be here just like you are right here." Nat said the last sentence quietly and she looked down.

After a minute Sofia spoke.

"Nat."

She looked up.

"We have to find her."

Nat nodded in agreement.

"JARVIS, call everyone to the conference room."

"Of course Sofia."

The whole team arrived about ten minutes later.

"Why did you call us Sofia?" Wanda asked.

"Guys, we have a job to do!" She announced.

"What are we doing?" Thor asked.

"We have to find someone. Her name is Yelena Belova."

"And who is she? And why should we find her?" Stark asked.

"My sister. She can be useful for us." Nat said without meeting anyone's eyes. Nobody said a word.

"You have a sister?" A few voices said at the same time.

"Yes." She said with a sigh.

"Why didn't you tell us?" Steve asked.

"Can we leave that for later? Please." Sofia interjected. The team nodded. "Thank you. Now focus."
