"Remind Benji that him need to go to Giscombe's please, am not getting through to him", Mommy says over our call.

She called to make sure the drive came to pick me up for my first week at Milando's house.

They bought him a house in an estate in Stony Hill for the time being.

My mother wasn't all too onboard with me staying at Milando's house five days a week. It would have been too much of a hassle for either of us to travel back forth.

I still haven't built the nervousness my family thinks I have. I'm not nervous, I want to do this so that my brother can live his dream.

"He's in a meeting with his manager, he said to tell you he'll call you back in ten minutes", I tell her as I read over the texts from my brother.

He wished me a good luck, telling me to call if I needed anything and that he'll bring me lunch today.

He's working very hard to be forgiven.

Funny thing is that I already forgave him.

But I will never admit to it.

"Oh, okay", I hear some students in her background telling her good morning, "alright baby girl, let me know how your first day is, call me if you need anything and be careful please".

"I will Mommy, love you, bye".

"Boys!", ooh, she a shout already and the morning just start, "okay baby, love you more".

The car came to a stop at a gate which opens. The drive up wasn't very long, it's when the house comes into view it feels like the car is taking forever to get up there.

Why dem affi give him such a big house if him have issues walking?.

Mi nuh know.

Money?.

Make sense.

Albert did explain how much of a golden boy he was for the team, I didn't ask what team he played for. Kind of unprofessional of me to be like this.

Oh well.

"Miss Dennis?", the driver asks looking at me from the rare view mirror.

"Yes?".

"Would you like me to take your bags in?".

He stops the car, parking and waiting on my answer.

"That would be nice, thank you".

He opens the door for me and I get out. My eyes lift to the house, I took in my surroundings, taking note of the from yard.

I followed the guy up to the house, he had my dark purple travel bag on his shoulder while I carried my knapsack with certain essentials. I'm required to wear my scrubs for the job, Mommy picked out a pink one, she said it looked nice with my hair.

She picked it out, pressed it and made me breakfast before I could wake up.

Love that woman.

The doorbell on the house is rung, surprising me.

Fancy.

"What's your name again?", I ask touching the driver's arm.

"Timothy, you can call me Tim since I'll be your driver for the next few months", he smiles back at me.
