~Y/n's POV~

"Daphne looked like she was gonna kill you." Mattheo said as we walked downstairs to the common room.

"I know right, she probably though we had a thing-"

"You mean she thought we were dating?" Mattheo laughed.

I forced a laugh too. "Right, that could never be us."

"Are ya'll ready to go?" Enzo asked us, everyone was already waiting in the empty common room.

We nodded and held onto the port key to go back home.

"There's a party tomorrow night." Draco said once we made it back home, "we should go, I have a date." He blushed.

"No we shouldn't." I said suddenly and everyone turned to me with a confused look.

I didn't want Mattheo to go to the party because I knew that Daphne was going to confess to him and I don't want him to say yes..

"Why not? I need some free alcohol." Enzo said.

"Because, what if Voldy finds us there, we live in a safe house for a reason. We might do something stupid." I said.

"We'll be half sober, come on, it'll be fun." Draco tried to convince me.

"But- someone could poison your drink, or kidnap you-" I continued.

"Stop Y/n, are you just saying that because you don't have a date?" Theo stated.

"No, it's not like that. Mattheo what do you think?" I asked, hoping he'd agree with me.

"I mean, we shouldn't have to live boring lives just because of our fathers." Mattheo said.

"No, I swear we shouldn't go."

"Do you know something we don't know Esmeray?" Mattheo asked me suspiciously.

Yes I know that Daphne's going to ask you out and I don't want you to say yes....

"I- I don't know what you're talking about, Riddle." I stared back, "I'm tired. I'm going to bed, good night."

"Good night, love." Mattheo called from behind me.

My knees are weak right now..

The boring classes finally finished again, and me and the girls were getting ready together in our dorm. Since I failed miserably at convincing them not going to the party, I've decided that I was going to go too, to have fun. And totally not spy on Riddle and Daphne.

"You look gorgeous." Pansy told me as she was curling my hair.

"No you are." I complimented her back. "Draco wouldn't be able to take his eyes off of you."

Pansy laughed, "do you like anybody Y/n?"

Yes.

"No, the break up with Adrian was pretty bad so I'm taking time off of dating." I lied.

"Who do you think is the most hottest in our group?" Pansy asked.
