Authors POV
As Lisa and Jennie posed for the camera, their secretaries, Dahyun and Momo, chatted quietly off to the side.
As the conversation went on, they found themselves growing more and more comfortable with each other. They discovered a shared love of K-dramas and Korean food, and their conversation flowed easily.
"I guess we make a pretty good team, huh?" Momo stared at Dahyun.
"Definitely" Dahyun smiled, her heart racing.
Momo didn't want to waste this opportunity so she turned to Dahyun with a sly smile.
"Hey, we should grab dinner sometime and discuss more K-dramas."
"I'd like that."Dahyun's heart skipped a beat.
Without another word, they both pulled out their phones and exchanged numbers. The air was electric as their fingers touched, and they shared a sparkling glance.
"I'll text you soon," Momo said, her voice husky.
"Looking forward to it," Dahyun replied, her smile radiant.
As they parted ways, Dahyun couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. She couldn't believe how natural it felt to be around Momo, how easy it was to talk to her.
Momo, too, was grinning from ear to ear. She had never felt such an instant connection with someone before.
Their phones buzzed simultaneously as they texted each other, the conversation flowing effortlessly.
"Hey, beautiful," Momo wrote.
"Hey, gorgeous," Dahyun replied.
And with that, their whirlwind romance began.
The photoshoot ended, and Lisa asked for Jennie's number.
"It's for business purposes, you know" Even Lisa herself didn't know why she did that, so she made an alibi.
"Sure", Jennie reluctantly gave it to her, having no reason to deny it.
It was almost evening so Lisa went home only to meet her sister and her friends waiting for her in her living room.
As she entered, she saw Jisoo and Jeongyeon sitting on the couch, their faces filled with concern. Tzuyu was pacing back and forth, looking worried. And then there was Sana standing feeling guilty.
"Lisa, we're so sorry," Jisoo said, getting up to hug her.
Lisa tried to smile, but tears welled up in her eyes.
"I'm okay," she lied.
Jeongyeon handed her a glass of water.
"Sit down, Lisa. We need to talk."Lisa took a deep breath and sat down, feeling a mix of emotions: shame, fear, and gratitude for her friends' support.
"What happened?" Tzuyu asked, her voice shaking.
Lisa looked at Sana, who nodded encouragingly. "Tell them," she said.
Lisa took another deep breath and began to explain, the words tumbling out of her mouth like a river. Her friends listened, their faces filled with empathy and anger.
When she finished, they hugged her tightly, offering words of comfort and support.
"We're here for you, Lisa," Jisoo said."We won't let anyone hurt you again."
Tzuyu said in frustration. "We should report him...or better yet, let's go talk to him ourselves!"
Sana placed a calming hand on Tzuyu's arm, and Tzuyu calmed down immediately.
"Not now, Tzuyu. Lisa needs our support, not more drama."
