EPILOGUE

THIRD PERSON POV

Like anything in this world, all stories come to an end. As for Taehyung, he went back on his feet and started designing again. His child Jake gave him so much strength and inspiration to move on, not to forget about what happened in his past but to learn how to live it. To accept that none of what happened was his fault and those won't define who he is.

"Mommy" the little boy came to him wanting to be carried, he is holding a flower in his hands.

"Hello baby" Tae greeted his son and immediately carried him. He was surprised when his son placed the flower on his ears. "Wow! Did you pick this for mommy?" the little boy nodded which made Tae coo. "You are one amazing boy did you know that? Mommy loves you soooo much" Tae awarded him with a peck on the cheek which made Jake giggle.

"Let's go now we will visit grandma" Tae raised both his brows and smiled while both of them nodded at each other. Ever since Tae learned about the truth he started visiting their mother on her grave.

"Oh I didn't expect you guys to be here" he walked towards them while carrying Jake. Wonwoo, Mingyu and their kids are also visiting Minji.

"We should have just picked you up had we known you planned on coming to." Mingyu said.

Tae heaved a deep sigh and looked at Mingyu with raised brows "As if I would want to steal some of your family time idiot!"

"We wouldn't mind Tae" it was Wonwoo who answered his twin. Their relationship had become really good as time passed by. Well, they are twins... they are irreplaceable.

"Uncle Tae can I have Jakey?" Kwannie extended both his arms wanting to carry his smaller cousin.

"Baby, you are not yet strong enough to carry Jake, he is a lot heavier now." Wonwoo said, it made kwannie frown in disappointment.

"But you can have a walk together." Tae suggested instead, this made Kwannie's eyes sparkle in excitement. "Do you wanna go with Kwannie hyung baby?" Tae asked his son and he immediately nodded. He squirmed signalling his mommy to put him down.

"You kids be careful okay? and don't go too far." Wonwoo told his kids before he lit the candles and arranged the flowers in front of the tombstone.

The three of them offered their silent prayers. Mingyu just thanked Minji for birthing two of the most important people in his life. Wonwoo just expressed his gratitude, how he missed her so much and how he wished she could've stayed a bit longer just so she could've seen her lovely grand children.

Tae on the other hand had more regrets. How he was never even able to see and know her before she died. That his entire life for a very long time... was a lie.

They didn't stay there for too long and decided to go home. Mingyu and Wonwoo are now married so of course, they live together.

Tae on the other hand has his own apartment and lives with his son. It's not a very luxurious one but is very modest and comfortable. He customised Jake's room in a way that the walls are cushioned and the floors are thickly carpeted so he won't get injured when he plays. He also had storage boxes where he puts his toys after using them. Tae already trains him to be responsible at a very young age.

Tae also rented a place just below his condominium complex so he wouldn't have to travel for his work. Whenever he is busy, Sunoo would visit his place so Jake and Taki can play together.

Sunoo is now pregnant with his second child —this time— with Sunghoon. Sunoo's past didn't affect his relationship with Sunghoon one bit. At one point, Sunghoon even asked Sunoo if he wanted to talk to Nikki, Taki's real father. He is currently imprisoned for the crime he committed against Sunoo.
