The next morning was much happier than the previous one. Ochaco and Eri spent the day together. Then Monday morning arrived quickly. It was 7:50 AM when we pick up the story.

Eri came downstairs dressed, carrying Utaka, and went to sit at the table, handing the baby to Ochaco.

"What are we having for breakfast?" Eri asked.

"Waffles!" the older girl said, giving her a plate of waffles.

The two girls began to eat, and then Ochaco fed Utaka and went to get the stroller for her while Eri put on her shoes. She opened the door with her guardian following her.

"I'll let you guide me" the brunette said.

A few minutes later, they arrived at the school's front door. Ochaco smiled at Eri, wishing her a good day. She felt someone's gaze but didn't pay it any attention. She looked at Utaka. "Today it's just you and me, little miss" she said, hearing the baby laugh.

"Are you ever going to stop teasing me?" she continued.

The day passed quickly, and it was already time to pick up Eri. Izuku had sent her a message saying he wouldn't be home until 9 PM. So, she would be staying another evening. She took the same route as this morning and arrived at the school. Eri came out and went to her.

"The teacher wants to talk to Dad" said the little girl.

Before Ochaco could respond, a woman in her forties approached.

"Hello, Mrs. Are you Eri's 'new' mother?" asked the teacher.

"No, I'm a close friend of her father's and I'm babysitting her right now" Ochaco explained.

"Her father isn't here. I wanted to speak with him" said the teacher.

"If something serious has happened, you can tell me, I'll pass it on to her father" Ochaco said.

"Then follow me" the teacher said.

Ochaco followed her with Eri. The teacher led them into the school and up some stairs.

"Great... How to die very quickly" Ochaco thought.

They arrived in Eri's classroom, where the teacher gestured for Ochaco to sit across from her desk.

"What happened?" Ochaco asked.

"I won't beat around the bush, but Eri is clearly being bullied" the teacher said.

Ochaco looked down at her feet, saddened.

"It's mainly because she is adopted and only has one parent. The other kids treat her like an outsider, even though she's just like them. From what I've seen, it's mostly teasing, but what made me want to talk to you is that she was hit earlier," the teacher said, calling Eri over to her side.

She showed the young woman the red mark on Eri's cheek.

"Thanks to her friend Kota, it's only that. The injury could have been much worse" she finished.

"Kids can be horrible to each other. Especially at that age" Ochaco replied, taking Eri onto her lap.

"I get the impression that you've experienced this" said the teacher.

"Yes... When I was younger, I was bullied because my parents were poor. It stopped after they died" she said quietly, drawing Eri's attention, who then hugged her.

The meeting concluded there. The girls returned to Izuku's apartment. Eri went to do her homework and then took a bath. Meanwhile, Ochaco bathed Utaka, changed her, and put her in her bassinet before taking a shower herself. The evening arrived quickly, and as Ochaco was about to go to bed, Eri asked if she could sleep with her, which she agreed to. An hour later, a certain green-haired person arrived in the room.

"I knew you'd end up getting along. You two are just too cute together" he murmured, blushing.

Izuku lay down next to Ochaco and the two girls, red as a tomato.

Morning came too quickly, and no one wanted to get up. After all, when you're the pillow for a six-year-old, you don't want to wake her. Ochaco opened her eyes to see Izuku watching her. They both blushed when Izuku quickly grabbed his daughter, who was about to fall. This woke her up. They got ready, and Izuku took Eri to school.

The two adults were now sitting on the couch.

"Where's Utaka?" asked the brunette.

"Mina and Eijiro picked her up yesterday. They left you a check on the fridge. And from what I saw, you managed to enter Eri's bubble" said the hero.

"Yeah, speaking of Eri... Her teacher told me yesterday that she's being bullied. Apparently, she was hit; if her friend Kota hadn't been there, the injury would have been worse than just a red mark on her cheek" she said.

She looked at him. "Did you also go through this? For me, it was because of our income."

"Should I tell her... After all, I know she will keep the secret."
