What's up, Amar here, before we start with this chapter i'd like to mention a few things first.

I am going to be straying off the original murder drones episodes for a bit, maybe even entirely. Which i understand might ruin the fanfic for some people but i simply want to test out new ideas i have in mind. I plan to split this chapter into four parts, this being the first one. But if you've read "A Machine's guide to divinity" or "When Oil Runs White" you probably understand what i mean by this.

I know i don't upload consistently but school has really been a pain in the ass and i've barely had any time to write because of it. Though, that doesn't mean i plan to quit any time soon. But i just thought i'd let you guys know since i don't upload as much as other uk x md fanfic writers do.

Another thing i'd like to mention, the V2 x V ship. I know this is random but i can understand why this would ruin the fanfic for some people, i get it. But it wasn't me who originally wanted to do it. A close friend of mine suggested shipping these two a long time ago and i was like "Fuck it, why not" since to me it made sence. They are both arrogant little asshole so i thought people wouldn't mind, but i'm starting to see some people are beginning to dislike it now. Which i apologize for in advance, but i can't just remove it now and rewrite everything, so you're just kind of have to ignore it for those who dislike it.

And one last thing, i'm personally not a big fan of how i wrote this chapter and think it deserves to go in the trash. So please feel free to share any criticisms and what not. I'll even remove and rewrite some parts if a large amount of people don't like a specific scene.

[A FEW WEEKS BEFORE, DURING THE DOLL INCIDENT]

The job was finished. V1, V2, Uzi, N and V had saved the prom from the wrath of Doll's solver, and the day was finally coming to an end.

However, outside the colony, a random worker was searching for something in the middle of the icy wasteland. Removing the small pile of snow, he coincidentally found exactly what he was looking for.

A bar of soap. Literally just a bar of soap. There is no punchline.

Reid: Ah, that's where i left my excuse to be outside right now.

Finally finding what he was looking for, the drone was planning to head back to the colony. That was until a strange noise from overhead caught his attention.

Suddenly, a large object came plummeting down from the sky, making a loud thud as it hit the surface. The rocket shaped object landed on its side, the impact creating a massive shockwave which spread across the entire area, before it used its legs to stand back up again.

Now panicking after realizing it was a Dissasembly Drone pod, Reid immediately started running back to the colony in an attempt to escape. Unfortunately, a second pod landed right infront of him, blocking his path.

The drone uncovered his face, checking if he was in the clear. The two pods sorrounding him by some luck still hadn't woken up, the drone after a moment of silence sighed in relief, thinking it was safe to move again.

But a suddon strange clacking noise proved that wrong. Trying to find the source of the sound, the drone looked up at the sky, and to his horror, saw a third pod descending down onto the ground, using its spider-like legs to traverse down the buildings.

Before the drone had time to react, the pod landed on the snow, the door opening to reveal something jumping out of it. Fearing for his life, the drone attempted to run away again. Only to be met with a blade slicing his head clean off, oil spurting out of it like a fountain as the decapitated body fell to its knees, and then finally laying on its stomach, dead.
