Ruby and Jasper were playing chess when they heard Collin and Tiger have an interesting conversation.

"How is the search going for a scientist?" Tiger asked.

"No luck, even the team has been trying, but still no luck. How are you and your boyfriend doing?"

Tiger hesitated for a moment and Collin rolled his eyes. "For crying out loud, Tiger. You're way too old for this game."

Tiger put his hand up. "It wasn't my idea this time. He took his family and went to live with someone else."

"Oh, Tiger. I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have scolded you like that."

"No, you should have, and you're right. I guess I've just been afraid I'll never find what you and Flower have, or even what Benson and Jake have."

"You will. The right man or woman will come along one day," Collin hugged his twin.

"Let's play this game somewhere else. This is getting personal," Jasper whispered and Ruby agreed.

"I wanted to talk to you anyway. Kent isn't going to give up until we find a cure. If we can't find, what do we do? We can't create one ourselves. A lot of things could go wrong." Ruby said worriedly.

"I was thinking the same thing. So I was given these by a family friend. Their heirlooms, yes, but jewelry."

Ruby tilted her head. "Elaborate, please?"

"You see, if we can't find a scientist, this may work because these jewels are magic. Of course, we'll need to get approval from Collin and Grim."

"It may just work," Ruby grinned.
