Chapter 17: The Night

Lan Xichen walked over to the bed were the jiang was sleeping and took off his outer robes. And he went over to a near by cabinet hoping for there is and extra matress, a pillow, and a blanket. He then opened the cabinet to see it was empty, I guess he really has no choice but to share a bed with the young master jiang. He walked over to the bed and sat beside him. He then laid down next to him as he uses his outer robe as a blanket. He looked behind him to see the Jiang facing his back at him. It has kinda made Lan Xichen want to turn him around and face his sleeping face. Instead he just shut his eyes to sleep. Only a couple of hours later, he woke up like someone was snuggling at his back. Just to find the Jiang hugging him as his leg was on stomach, he was clearly having a peaceful sleep. Lan Xichen turned around and saw the sleeping face of the Jiang. He looked delecate and fragile, the scent of lotus on his hair overflow his nose, like a none stopping flow of water. He hugged the Jiang back giving a very light kiss on the head, as he again closed his eyes. For some reason it was very soothing when he felt warmth what he was holding. The Jiang snuggle closer starting to be a little greedy towards it's warmth, making Lan Xichen hug him tighter. Jiang cheng could smell fresh grass and. Bamboo wood being mixed together, he could imagine a spring with a small water fall, giving of light mists around the place.

Lan Xichen starts to get pretty comfy of the Jiang under his embrace. He hugs the Jiang tightly. The Jiang flattered open his eyes but due to the lighting he couldn't see nor comprehend who he is hugging. He then really didn't mind at all, until a hand touched his waist, gripping them closer. The Jiang shivers when somethuhad touched his ass, making him open his eyes. But the moment and the position makes him lazy to even care at all.

Meanwhile for Xichen he couldn't sleep due to the smell of fresh lotuses that kept him awake, and want to smell then all the time. Xichen kissed the head of the Jiang again caressing his hair that was let down hours ago.
Then Jiang Cheng spoke in a soft tone which was unlikely him.

"W-who...?"

"Shh... quiet..."

"Huh?!"

The voice sounded familiar to him but couldn't thought of who? The voice was smooth and deep at the same time. As it gave gentleness around it.
Jiang Cheng immediately sat up from the bed to get the proper view of the man. But he was pulled back down again by the strong hand grabbing him on the wrist.

"The Fuck-"

He was then silenced, but it wasn't any other thing it was something soft and warm that had touched his lips. But his mouth was starting to being devoured, slowly. Hands touching his waist, squeezing them but not that much that it could've hurt. But more like a possessiveness, that he could not control.

Lan Xichen couldn't even understand what he was doing, but all he could feel that this was the right thing. He gripped the younger man's waist as he starts to untie the robe of the younger man, who immediately broke off the kiss. Lan Xichen hugged Jiang cheng before he could do anything.

"I'm sorry.... my deepest apologies young master Jiang I didn't meant it..."

And that's the moment he realized this was Lan Xichen, Jiang Cheng could felt himself turned red and felt he had. Shrunk from his embrace. Lan Xichen then made jiang Cheng loose consciousness. And he took the moment to flee away from the. Bedroom, it was just right in time that it was five am. He immediately looked backed to see the Jiang asleep again. And hoping he'll just play along that none of this happened. His feelings were supposed to be for Meng Yao but why is it immediately turned for Jiang Cheng...?

Fast forward:

Everyone was waiting g for Jiang Cheng to get up as it was pass nine and it is currently ten quarterly. Jiang Cheng left his room in the inn.

"Took you long enough Chengcheng!"

His brother said running over to him.

"Yeah, yeah I kinda slept in that's all."

"Alright guys! why don't we go and pay some respects!"

"It's very odd for you to say such thing, but never mind."

"Hey future me! When can we see Chengcheng''s future self~?" Wei Wuxian teased and getting punched by his brother on the arm lightly.

"Can you shut up."

"Well that is the reason why we decided to come here right?" Nie Huaisang said fanning himself.

"He has a point." added by Jin Zixuan.

"Maybe we can see Shijie aswell?!" Past Wei Wuxian exclaimed, making his future self looked a little worried and nervous by the mention of Jiang YanLi. Remembering that she used to cook for him and Jiang Cheng after they were burned down by madam Yu's entense training.

"There are so many things we could explore right!?" Nie huaisang said. "I still wasn't finish looking around on lotus pier on my time line maybe this time?! I also seen a lot of different fans!" He said.

"We'll be going to the Jiang Manor."
Jingyi said.

"Why?" Jiang cheng asked.

"Cuz I want to give you something?!"
Jingyi said.

"Oh and.... the entire clan knows that we are here." Zizhen added. "And them, don't worry they don't recognize all of you... that much so it's safe."
