New Characters: Robert and Elisa, Kylie's older siblings she meets years later who she never knew about as she thought she was an only child.
[We open with The Bagge house and we cut to Courage, Muriel, Eustace and Kylie watching TV]
News Reporter: We interrupt this program with a special report. Some parts of Kansas are seeing their worst flu epidemic in years, due in part to a severe shortage of flu shots. Let's go live to our neighboring flu correspondent from Wichita.
Wichita Reporter: Well, I'm... [throws up offscreen]
News Reporter: Thank you, darlin'. We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.
Kylie: [Looks at Courage] Welp, Courage. It's time for lil' ol' me to get a shot.
Courage: [gets a worried face and whimes]
Kylie: Oh it's okay, it doesn't hurt that badly. I promise, it feels like this. [Gives Courage a small pinch]
Courage: Oh!
Kylie: Oh calm down, I didn't pinch too hard. [chuckles]
[We then see Courage and The Bagges with Dr. Vidaloo]
Dr. Vidaloo: All right, who's next for a flu shot?
Eustace: Oh, it's Kylie, she's my niece!
Dr. Vidaloo: Mr. Bagge, these flu shots are in short supply. We need to save them for the elderly. Like you two here.
Eustace: Oh. Okay. Well, I guess we'll be heading out then and... [He "accidentally" pushes Kylie making her arm get poked by the needle giving her shot] Oops! Oh, look at that. Oh, well, since it's already in there, you might as well, push down on the ol' plunger there.
Muriel: Eustace!
Random Elderly Woman: You're a monster.
Eustace: You know who is a monster? Those stupid influencers all over the media! I just hope Kylie doesn't grow up to be one of those fools!
Dr. Vidaloo: Very well, Bagge, your niece got her flu shot. Now, if you'll just sign here... [He looks at his clipboard] Hmm, well, this is odd.
Muriel: What?
Dr. Vidaloo: Well, Kylie is 13 years old and it says here she never had a DNA test.
Kylie: No, but I've had other tests. Like the ones I do in school.
Muriel: Dear, you better do what he says.
Kylie: Okay [nods in agreement, she waves bye at Courage as she walks with Dr. Vidaloo for her DNA test]
[We cut to Dr. Vidaloo and Kylie doing her DNA test]
Dr. Vidaloo: [checking Kylie's heartbeat] Okay, heart sounds good. All right, Ms. Bagge, I'm just going to need you to give me a spit sample.
Kylie: Uh, what?
Dr. Vidaloo: It's nothing too serious, just give me a little spit of yours for me to check.
Kylie: M'kay, whatever you say doc! [spits into a little sample bottle and gives it to Dr. Vidaloo]
Dr. Vidaloo: Thank you dear.
[We see Dr. Vidaloo checking Ky's DNA he notices something strange that the DNA perfectly matches the DNA of Kylie and two other foster patients they had previously in the day, he and some other doctors then do some more research and then Dr. Vidaloo decides to tell Muriel about it and Muriel gives the news to Kylie. Much later we cut back to Courage, Eustace and Muriel in the waiting room, Dr. Vidaloo then comes out to tell The Bagges about what he discovered]
