Palette managed to get his breakfast, making sure it wasn't poisoned. 

"I never felt so grateful to eat some tomato- I used to hate them."

"It's okay, I don't like veggies too." Said Angst, "usually I give my veggies to Crescent! I want him to grow healthy!" 

"Uh, you're supposed to eat your veggies too...-" said Palette.

"No." Angst replied, "just continue to eat, I'm waiting for Drop to finish putting all the spies doll." 

"Okay okay..." Palette nodded. "While you guys do your things, I'll check on Goth then." 

"Uhm, maybe you want to see what's going on down there..." Angst point out as he look outside of the window. 

Palette glanced over and was taken aback when he found Lux and Goth are talking together. He broke the cup that's on his hand.

"Mister?!?" Angst gasped, "you're bleeding!" 

"I'm heading over there." Palette is about to jump out from the window but Angst managed to stop him.

"Stop, stop!" Angst frowns, "don't follow your heart so much, use your brain! What are you going to do once you reached down there? You're being an idiot! Dumb, stupid and idiot!"

"I—" palette bit his lips. "Ugh... Fine." Palette step back from the window. "But why would Goth hang out with Lux... I thought she knew that Lux spread lies about me...-"

"... Are you really sure?" Angst sighed, "look... She's the one who brought you to her house. Because of that we can't interact with you and now look at the result, we had to built you back in short time." 

"But...-" Palette don't want to doubt Goth but if Angst is saying the truth, does it mean Goth doesn't want him to win?

"I'm back." Drop entered the kitchen, she glanced at Palette then Angst. "Did something happened while I was putting the dolls-?" 

"Uh, Mister is jealous." Said Angst.

"I'm not—" Palette huffed, "look, Goth literally hanging out with that bitch—"

"Damn, he's super jealous..." Drop interrupted. "Also, don't curse older sister, brother. I get it, she's your enemy but don't make her my enemy. Older sister is a sweetheart and you're just jealous that she's good at befriending people." Drop defend Lux, "if you're really the hero of this story then act like it, you need to understand why Goth decided to talk to Lux instead of you!"

"I—" Palette was stunned. 

Drop is right about everything, she's always right and he's just stubborn.

"I just don't like Goth be with someone else other than me...." He muttered.

"Why?" Drop asked, "are you afraid that she's going to leave you or you just jealous like an idiot."

"I think he's an idiot-" Angst said

"Shush, not the time." Drop sighed and got Angst beside her. "Shh, I'm trying to be therapist here." She whispered.

Palette bit his lips, trying to find a word to say.

Goth is beautiful but Palette is not. 

If anything Goth deserve better, Palette knows that yet he still keep holding her back. Keeping her from interacting with others expect from him.

Palette is alone.

Goth is still pure while Palette is not. If he was an apple, he'll be a rotten one. 

Palette like Goth, he really likes him but he feels he don't deserve to like her this way. He's jealous of Lux, he's jealous of his family. 

They're happy, they are happy and Palette is trying to be happy for them so he faked it. He pretended he's like them.

"So....? You saw her hanging out with that 'meanie' and you're jealous?" Drop asked once again.

"I'm not." Palette sighed, "I'm not jealous, I'm just angry that Goth decided to go with Lux instead of me."

"Drop, do you see what I'm seeing?" Angst was not amused by Palette dismissive attitude.

"Yeah I see. The blind case." Drop huffed, "brother you're an idiot." She frowns, "enough, we're going to focus on your love life later."

"Love life— I don't like Goth that way, I swear!" Palette got flustered, "she's just a friend!"

"Mister, stop- I already had enough listening to my twin brother about his rambles when he read dark romance. Don't get me with that cliche line." Angst hushed Palette, "moving on, I'm going to  find the next item so you two don't die on me, okay?"

"Okay..-" Palette replied. 

Drop give a thumb up and smiles, "don't worry, Grim. As your partner in crime, I will make sure all my limbs are attached!" 

"Good, don't be an idiot like your brother!" Angst smile as he patted Drop head. "I'll be back as soon as I can."

Well that's a way to end this day. Hopefully Palette and Drop can make it out alive.
