The soldiers were the ones that lead the way holding torches in their hands to find Zussorader and Philip, while King James, Princess Tracy, and General Helmond followed behind slowly on horses.
Philip and Zussorader walked as fast as they could (as Zussorader left arm was still crossed around Philip's neck and Philip's right hand on Zussorader's waist, the crystal in Philip's left hand, and Zussorader holding his staff with one hand) through the forest to get away from the soldiers coming after them but not to fast because the arrow was making Zussorader get weaker and he was losing his strength and blood.
As the soldiers searched the forest, one of them sighted Zussorader and Philip running and alerted the others. King James, princess Tracy, General Helmond, the soldiers all went after Zussorader and Philip. Zussorader and Philip had to put more effort into their running at the same time Zussorader was bleeding excessively and his blood was dropping on the ground.
Hawk landed on Lythridite palace ground, the guards all surrounded Hawk as they unsheathed their swords (immediately they saw him) and pointed them at Hawk.
A guard asked Hawk ''who are you?''.
Hawk bent one of his wings low, then King Raynold and General Raphael used it to get down.
The guards all raised down their swords and bow their heads on seeing King Raynold. A guard said to King Raynold that King James has left the palace with soldiers to the forest to capture the person who stole the mind crystal. King Raynold and General Raphael get back on Hawk and Hawk flew back to the sky toward the forest.
As Hawk flew around the forest he saw torches of light and flew toward the direction of the torches. As Hawk flew to toward the torches of light, King Raynold saw the soldiers, King James, General Helmond, and Princess Tracy, Hawk flew toward the ground. As Hawk get closer to the ground, King Raynold and General Raphael jumped up in the air and Hawk changed to a horse before he could get to the ground. Hawk landed on the ground in horse form and King Raynold and General Raphael jumped back on him and rode to King James.
On getting beside King James, King Raynold asked King James ''who stole the crystal?''.
King James was surprised to see King Raynold and said ''it was Zussorader, your royal majesty''.
''Zussorader?'' asked King Raynold shocked and surprised that it was Zussorader that stole the mind crystal.
''Yes, your royal majesty and he plans to wake Marcelos'' said King James.
''Zussorader plan to wake Marcelo's'' said King Raynold surprised and confused on hearing that. Together they all went after Zussorader and Philip.
Zussorader loss of blood made him lose all of his energy and could no longer walk as he fell to his knees. Philip helped him up and took him to a big tree to hide from the soldiers.
The soldiers lost track of Zussorader and Philip as they hid behind the tree, then the soldiers began to search the forest for them.
As some of the soldiers walked past Zussorader and Philip, Zussorader said to Philip ''i need your help''.
''Okay'' said Philip to Zussorader.
Zussorader uncovered the mind crystal as he let go of his staff and placed the mind crystal on the ground in his front. Zussorader touched the mind crystal with his left hand and hold Philip's hand with his other hand. Zussorader channeled Philip's power to be able to access the mind crystal.
With the combined power of Zussorader and Philip, Zussorader was able to access the mind crystal, then Zussorader began to cast a spell and the mind crystal began to glow. As Zussorader cast the spell, a force in form of a dark wind came out of the mind crystal and went into all the soldiers through their nose unknowingly. The soldier lost consciousness of their mind and their eyes became dark as soon as the force went into them, then Zussorader stopped the spell.
Philip covered the crystal back with the cloth and helped Zussorader up as he gave him his staff. Philip carried the mind crystal and they came out of hiding and stood among the soldiers as the soldiers stood still not doing anything. King Raynold, King James, Princess Tracy, General Raphael, and Helmond saw Zussorader (bleeding at where the arrow was) and Philip as they stood among the soldier looking at them.
King Raynold and General Raphael got down from the Hawk, King James, Princess Tracy, and General Helmond got down from their horse and they all walked forward and stopped not too far from Zussorader and Philip.
Princess Tracy fixed an arrow to her bow, King James, General Helmond, and Raphael unsheathed their sword, and King Raynold said to Zussorader ''it been a long time Zuss''.
''I know that'' said Zussorader (weak) to King Raynold.
''I don't know you to be someone evil or bad. Have always known you to be kind Zuss'' said King Raynold.
''Then you don't really know me Ray'' said Zussorader with a smirk.
''I was told you stole the mind crystal and am sure you have a reason for that which we can talk about it'' said King Raynold.
''There is nothing we can talk about'' said Zussorader.
''I don't want to do this the hard way, just give back the mind crystal'' said King Raynold.
''Am sorry I can't give it back'' said Zussorader.
''You are weak Zussorader. You have lost a lot of blood and still bleeding, you don't stand a chance against me or anyone'' said King Raynold.
''I know I don't but it won't be easy to get to me'' said Zussorader with a smile, then Princess Tracy released the arrow and it went toward Zussorader.
As the arrow get closer to Zussorader a soldier stood in front of Zussorader and Philip, the arrow hit the soldier's head and he died, and Zussorader smiled. Everyone was surprised and confused at what happened except King Raynold and Hawk who understood what happened.
Zussorader ordered the soldier to surround them. The soldiers surrounded King Raynold and James, Princess Tracy, and General Helmond, and Raphael as they unsheathed their swords and pointed it at them.
"They are being controlled" said King Raynold to himself as he looked at the soldiers.
