I Need Love

Kenma never liked prom. It was pointless and stupid. You just danced and talked to your friends. Like you could anywhere. Besides that, he hated the amount of people that always went. He only went for about a half-hour as a first year. He never went again. He planned on spending the night of prom grinding levels on his video games, completely content with his "busy schedule."

His doorbell rang. He groaned, wondering who could be bothering him. He trudged down the stairs and opened his front door. Whoever was standing there forced their way in, and Kenma began to panic. Crap, he should have checked first to see who it was, and he had just let a home invader into the house, and oh god he was probably going to die and–

He was greeted by familiar arms wrapping around him and before he knew what was happening his boyfriend was kissing him.

"Tetsuro, you scared the shit out of me, you jerk," Kenma fussed, feeling super relieved.

"Oh, poor Kenma," Kuroo smothered his tiny boyfriend in another hug.

Kenma kicked Kuroo's knees.

"So why are you here anyway?" The two had moved from the foyer into Kenma's room.

Kuroo smirked as though the answer was obvious, and it irked Kenma. He cleared his throat and with pompier only Kuroo could pull off, launched into his speech, "Kenma, the apple pie of my eye, I know how you hate prom so. The dancing, the talking, the sweaty teenagers filling a gymnasium with hormones!

So that's why I, Tetsuro Kuroo, have come to give my gorgeous boyfriend the best prom night that anyone could ask for. Why bother with that boring old prom anyway?"

Kenma was very confused about the whole thing aside from the stated fact that he did not like prom.

"What are you even talking about?"

Kuroo took that chance to give Kenma what the blond could only assume was supposed to be a "sexy" smile. He rolled his eyes, flopping down on his bed while he waited for Kuroo to explain himself.

Kuroo soon joined him and promptly enveloped him in a tight hug. Kenma felt his organs constrict but didn't try to squirm or escape.

"So is this your 'big prom plan'?"

Kuroo nodded, "I figured you didn't need anything too fancy."

Kenma hid his smile from Kuroo.

"Stupid Rooster."
