Jungkook takes his eyes off the concept for another photo shoot he was going to do later in the week and looks out the window. The sun was setting, painting reflections from the neighborhood windows in the office, giving everything a warm glow.
The weekend had passed in a blur and he missed the sound of the ocean. He missed the sun warming his skin on the beach and Taehyung's touch. The pleasant soreness he had felt on Sunday was almost gone and his insides tingled at the memory.

He had been a jealous asshole on Saturday, not able to hide his feelings and contradicting his own words all day.
His touches had lingered and the need to have Taehyung for his own had been overpowering. It had somehow scared him and felt foreign. How could he be the first person to tempt him this much?
Taehyung had given him a taste of being friends and he absolutely didn't feel like ogling other men with him. He wanted his eyes on only him. He had called him out on his shit and his heart was beating frantically in his chest at the time. Jungkook had lied to himself and to Taehyung all along without noticing at first. How could it be that the mysterious stranger on the plane was so attractive to him? Not the actor, but the person that was Kim Taehyung.

Jungkook observes the changing light in the office. Taehyung had engagements this week and would be busy until Friday.

"What are you staring at?" Hoseok asks while entering their office and heading to his desk.
"Nothing really, just looking at the lights," Jungkook replies and stretches. "I think I will call it a day."
"Perfect. You can come to dinner with Yoongi and me. You can tell us about your special weekend." and he grins.

Jungkook glances at him confused. "Huh?" he asks.

Hoseok walks over, showing him his phone. "That's you, right?"

Jungkook takes the phone and can see grainy pictures of two men wrestling with each other in the water. The quality was pretty bad and only people who would know Jungkook could recognize his tattoos. Otherwise it looked pixelated and blurry. The photos of him and Taehyung were on a gossip site and people wondered if it was really Kim Taehyung. They were also wondering who the unknown man was and if it was an edit.

"Not me," Jungkook answers dismissively and hands the phone back, while Hoseok snorts.
"Well you don't have to tell us, but you can still have dinner with us," he says and wiggles his brows.

Jungkook contemplated the offer. Going home to his sterile apartment or having a meal with Yoongi and Hoseok. "I could eat," he replies and grabs his belongings.
"Great!" his friend says and they leave the office to meet Yoongi.

They sit in a loud restaurant, a gas burner sits in the middle and Yoongi stirs a pan that is bubbling happily. It smells fantastic, although Jungkook can't identify all the ingredients.
Jungkook takes the first bite when his phone vibrates on the table and he sees Taehyung's name on the screen.

"Why are you smiling," Yoongi asks and scoops some food into his bowl.
"Nothing in particular. I'm just a friendly person."

Yoongi and Hoseok snort with laughter, while Jungkook narrows his eyes. "I am."
"Sure," Hoseok answers and stuffs more food into his mouth. "I dare you not to look at the message," he mumbles.

Jungkook glanced at the screen again, it was so tempting to take a look. A second text comes in, and a third, and the need to check what Taehyung had written was almost overpowering.

"Someone is persistent," Yoongi observes and he and Hoseok try to read the name.

Jungkook snatches the phone up, shielding the screen.
"Oh, someone is defensive," they cackle.
"Oh, be quiet," Jungkook chides them and accesses the messages.
