Chapter-29: Dance with devil

Aylin pov:

I woke up to a typical Monday morning, As I got dressed and ready for work, a maid handed me a cup of coffee and wished me a good day. I headed to the office.

As I stepped out of the elevator, I was greeted by my employees, all of them were beaming with smiles.

??- happy Birthday, mrs park!

They chimed in unison, holding out a stunning bouquet of my favorite flowers and a stack of elegantly wrapped gifts.

My eyes widened in shock as I took in the scene. I had completely forgotten that it was my birthday! My secretary, miss hong, approached me with a warm smile and handed me a small, exquisitely crafted gift box.

Sae-beom- I hope you like it, mrs park. We all chipped in to get you something special.

My heart swelled with gratitude as I hugged my employees and thanked them for their kindness. As I made my way to my cabin, I couldn't help but think of Clara.

Why hadn't she wished me a happy birthday? Had she forgotten?

But then my thoughts turned to Jungkook, and i smiled knowingly. Clara must be busy with him. That's okay.

As I settled into my cabin, surrounded by the thoughtful gifts and warm wishes of my employees, I felt a sense of joy and contentment wash over her. This was going to be a wonderful birthday after all.

Aylin- appa, it's your birthday too today. Iam so happy appa, see your daughter is living her life happily, there is only one problem someone wanted to kill me appa. I know if you would be here you would surely find them and kill them all!

I chuckled while crassing appa's photo.

Aylin- I miss you so much!! And I love you so much!!!

A drop of tear fell down onto my cheeks.

As everyone in office said me to go home early, they thought everyone in my family is making plans for me. But how can i tell them that no one has even wished me.

After sometime I reached at home, as I stepped into the darkness of home, I called out.

Aylin- where is everyone? Why are the lights off?

But before I could get an answer, the room was suddenly bathed in light, and a chorus of voices shouted.

??- surprise! Happy Birthday, Aylin!

Tears of joy sprang to my eyes as I took in the scene before me. All family members were present there, Mr and mrs Min, Mr and mrs Jeon, Clara, Jungkook, Oppa, and Unnie, were all present, beaming with smiles and holding candles and balloons.

My heart swelled with emotion as I scanned the room, taking in the love and warmth that filled the space. I felt overwhelmed with gratitude and happiness, seeing all the people I loved in one place, gathered to celebrate my special day.

Clara and jungkook rushed to my side, hugging me tightly.

Clara- we're so sorry we didn't wish you earlier, Aylin! We wanted to surprise you!

I smiled, my eyes still shining with tears.

Aylin- this is the best surprise ever! I'm so grateful to have all of you in my life.
Clara, this is all your doing, isn't it? Thank you so much, I'm so touched!
