Chapter-33: Attacked

Jimin pov:

It's been already half an hour angel didn't came yet. I was getting worried now.

I thought to go by myself and check I took one of my guard with me and left from there.

By roaming at the roads where pharmacy is near my heart sank as I suddenly saw joseph lying on the ground, blood dripping from his leg. I tell my guard to stop the car. I rushed to his side, my guard following close behind.

Jimin- joseph! Oh my god, what happened?

I exclaimed, helping him to sit up.

He winced in pain, clutching his leg.

Joseph- mam.... they took her... thugs... I tried to fight...

My eyes widened in horror.

Jimin- who took her? Where did they go?

Joseph- i...i don't know... too many of them... I couldn't stop them...

My mind raced. I quickly called for backup and to take Joseph to hospital and soon my guards were scouring the area for any sign of her or the thugs.

Suddenly, one of the guards approached, looking grim.

??- Sir, we found a cctv footage you can check it

My eyes scanned the CCTV footage, my heart racing with every passing second. I saw angel and joseph walking out of the pharmacy, unaware of the danger lurking nearby. Then, the thugs appeared, surrounding them both.

She tried to fight back, but she was outnumbered. I winced as I saw someone hit her on the head, and she crumpled to the ground. The thugs dragged her into the black van, which sped away, leaving Joseph lying in a pool of blood.

My fists clenched in anger. I wanted to hurt someone, to make them pay for what they did to her.

I will kill each and everyone who hurted you

But I knew I had to stay focused, to use my resources to track down the van and rescue her.

I turned to my guards.

Jimin- enhance the footage. Get me the license plate number, any distinguishing features. I want to know where that van went.

I called yoongi to bring his team as I need more people. Yoongi arrived there within some minutes as he was there nearby.

Suddenly I got a text on my phone. My eyes locked onto the message on my phone, my heart raced with anxiety.

"Come alone if you want to see her alive."

I showed it to Yoongi, he frowned.

Yoongi- it's a trap, jimin. We can't trust them.

But I knew I had no choice. I had to take the risk to save angel.

Jimin- i'm going alone

Yoongi- jimin, no! We can't let you go in there by yourself.

Jimin- I have to try. Get the guards ready, but keep them hidden. If something goes wrong, come in swinging.

Yoongi- still we can't trust them, jimin. We need a backup plan.

Jimin- what did you have in mind?

Yoongi- leave that to me. Let's get to work.

We all quickly assembled a team, including some of the most skilled guards and technicians. Yoongi outlined the plan, his voice low and urgent.

Yoongi- jimin will go in alone, but we'll have eyes and ears on him at all times. We'll track his location, and if anything goes wrong, we'll be ready to extract him and Aylin.
