Meanwhile in the middle of city, a blue electrifying light begins to appear in the middle of the street as the sky in the area becomes dark gray. Then the light disappears as a man with semi-dark purple hair with 10 short quills of the same color protrudes from the back of his head. He is wearing a black earring on his right ear, a black T-shirt under a black and purple fur royal robe, with black sweat pants and black and purple Jordan shoes. A very dark purple cape around his neck takes the place of the lightning light. "So, this is the dimension that has the power that I seek," he says menacing, "Let's see what heroes may stand in my way, shall we?" He says with snicker as he morphs his hand into a plasma cannon and blasts a car into pieces.
At a lab, Professor Utonium and his son Ken are watching the chaos unfold, "We need the PowerPuff Girls Z!" Professor Utonium exclaims. "Poochi! Send the signal!" Yells Ken as he points to a robotic dog. "PowerPuff Girls Z, we need you!" Exclaims Poochi.
Meanwhile at the school, Momoko, Miyako, and Kaoru are in the cafeteria trying to figure out lunch when their compacts on their transformation belts began to flash, "Oh, we're needed!" Momoko exclaims, "Man! We didn't even get to have lunch first!" Groaned Kaoru. All three nodded and ran to the roof the school to transform into the PowerPuff Girls Z (PPGZ).
Momoko transforms into Hyper Blossom. She wears the standard PowerPuff Girl outfit in her signature color, pink, consisting of: a dark pink dress with a black trim with a matching short skirt with black linings, light pink cropped and sleeves varsity jacket with a 'P' graphic on the left side, fingerless gloves with white and pink linings, pink shoes,wears a black choker with a gold 'P' design, and her transformation belt.
Miyako transforms into Rolling Bubbles. She also wears the standard PowerPuff Girl outfit in her signature color: lighter shades of blue wearing a light blue jersey vest with the sign of P at the left side with sky blue and white linings and has sky blue sleeves in each side of her vest, underneath is a sky blue one-piece suit with black linings and matching straps, sky blue short skirt with a white side belt in a blue round buckle to cover her bottoms and black linings at the edge of her skirt and sky blue and whites hoes, and also wears black fingerless gloves with white and blue linings.
Kaoru transforms into Powered Buttercup. She, like the other two, also wear the standard PowerPuff Girl outfit in her signature color: a yellow jersey vest with green trim and white linings and the sign of P at the left side of her vest and has green lining sleeves in each side of her vest, underneath her vest is a matching green one-piece suit with black linings and straps, matching green short skirt with a dark green side belt to cover her bottoms and black linings at the edge of her skirt, green and white shoes, green hair clips on each side of her head and wears black fingerless gloves with white and green outlines. She also receives a gold ring with a green gem adorned with the letter P on her left hand before she transforms into this form and also accessorized with the black collar with the sign of a gold P on her neck.
Blossom then opens her compact, "Okay Professor, what's the situation?" She asked. "Some new villain is attacking the downtown part of the city! You need to get as soon as possible to stop him!" Professor Utonium answered worrying. "Alright! We are on our way!" Blossom replied as she closed her compact. Directing herself to Buttercup and Bubbles, "Alright, let's go and stop this guy!" "And hopefully be back in time for lunch!" complained Buttercup.
Then the three heroes flew off to the scene of the attack, as they whip around skyscrapers and fly over houses, arriving at their destination, "There's the bad guy!" Blossom exclaims as she points to the semi-dark purple haired man as he levels a store with a single shot. "This is fun and all, but where is the so-called 'Protectors' of this puny town?" The villain evilly snickered, "Huh? Oh there they are," he says as the PowerPuff Girls Z land. "Halt fiend! We are the PowerPuff Girls Z! And we have come to stop you!" Blossom yelled. However the villain simply just laughed and snickered, "You, stop me? Ha! You are mere children, alias you face a king!" "Oh yeah! We'll see about that!" Buttercup uttered as she summoned her hammer. "We'll show you why we are called the PowerPuff Girls Z!" she states as lunges at the villain to strike him with her hammer, however the villain blocks the attack with his bare hand as a powerful gust of wind fills the area for a brief time,"How pathetic! You call that power? Let me show you real power," The villain stated mockingly as he upper cutted a stunned Buttercup into the air. "Buttercup!" Bubbles shouted, "Bubble Catcher!" she uttered as she created some bubbles to save Buttercup, however the villain blasted the bubbles with cannon causing both Buttercup and Bubbles to fall into some buildings totaling them.
Blossom stood in shock at what just happened but shook it off, "Alright! Now its my turn!" she declared. She launched her yo-yo at the villain who casually grabbed the string of the yo-yo and yanked Blossom toward him and then sent her flying with a punch to the face right into a building leveling it.
"Ha ha ha! Seriously! This is this universes greatest protectors? How pathetic! I shall end your miserable lives here and now and then get what I came here for," The villain mocked. Then he morphed his hand into a plasma cannon once more and pointing it at the PowerPuff Girls Z, charging up a blast, Blossom looks at Buttercup and Bubbles, "Well girls, can't believe I'm saying this, but we might have met our end. It's been nice saving the planet with ya." The cannon fires and a blast of plasma energy rockets towards and hits the PowerPuff Girls Z as a cloud of smoke fills the space. The villain then laughs hysterically, "Ha ha ha! Well, that was short lived, wait minute, no! It can't be!"
As the smoke clears, the PowerPuff Girls Z are still alive. "Wait, we're alive? But how?" Blossom questioned. "Ya, I thought for sure we were goners!" Buttercup exclaimed.
Then a man with light brown hair that has 8 long quills protruding from the back of his head. Wearing a red hooded jacket with a white zipper over a random T-shirt, light blue jeans, has emerald green colored eyes, a scar that runs from the top left of his forehead, across his nose, to a little below his right eye, and also wears green, gray, and white Nike shoes teleports in front of the girls.
"So, you're here eh? I was wondering when you'd show, Green Rocket!" "Green Rocket? Huh, what kind of name is that?" Questioned Buttercup as she confusingly looked at Blossom and Bubbles. "It is the name that blows freely on the wind," Green Rocket answered, as he turned his head looking at the girls and gave them a smile. Then he turned his attention back the villain, "So you got tired of losing to me, and decided to come to an alternate universe to beat up some little girls? Really Midnight? That's setting a low bar, even for you." "We are not little girls! you little-" Buttercup shouted but was interrupted by Blossom, "Calm down Buttercup, we will explain it to him later."
"I can't fight Green Rocket yet! I need the power I came here for first and then I'll be able to kill him!" Midnight thought to himself, "Well, this has been fun and all, but I must be off to claim what is rightfully mine! The power to destroy you! Green Rocket! Ha ha ha!" Midnight boasted and then disappeared in a flash of dark purple aura.
