Chapter 3

Tan Pov

"I sold my friend to his enemy for my crush, F**k I actually did that, Peem is going to kill me. I hope Phum won't hurt Peem. I trust Phum, he gave me his word, but what if he did hurt him. I can't let Peem getting hurt just because of my selfishness."

Lots of thoughts came into my mind, When Chain approach me. I was waiting for him outside his faculty.

"Tan! What wrong?" Chain asked me 

"Huh?" I looked at him confused.

"I saw you are lost somewhere, What are you thinking?" Chain Asked

"Am I wrong?" I asked chain. Out of all people only chain is closest to me. Like for Peem there is Q who can understand him and help him with his confusion and insecurity. I have Chain, He is the only one who know I like Fang, Not like he knew fang or any back story of our, but he knew I like fang since long time. He always support and guide me when I am wrong. So here am I, With him asking help for the turmoil running into me.

"About Peem?" Chain asked, He know What am i thinking but he never give is suggestion until I asked and that's good in our friendship. We never interfere in each others life until need. Although we all are bunch of nosy people who like to know every detail of other's life, but none of ever interfere until asked

I nodded before asking my question "Am I wrong on letting Phum meet Peem? He won't hurt him right?"

"Tell me one thing if you don't tell him about Peem, is this guarantee that he can't find Peem by any other medium?" Chain asked to which I denied. There are many ways he could find peem and in that way I can't even save him.

"Yes, and In that way we don't have any way to save Peem. At this point we have his words, there is minimum but chances that may be he kept his word and Peem won't get hurt. So even if you though your best friend to his enemy, you have his enemy's word and you make sure he won't hurt your friend." Chain tried to explain me and console me about about my decision.

"And even after this if he hurt Peem, We won't leave him. Although we stop fighting but if anyone hurt our family we know how to pay them back right." Chain said showing me his fist. Yes he is right even if he is fang's brother, If he ever try to hurt peem I won't leave him even if it means loosing only chance of pursuing Fang. My gang is my priority, and they always will be.

I give him fist bump and stay there waiting for Pun and Q to come.

"By the way, What made you sold peem to his enemy. I know there must me something in return right." Chain asked looking at me suspiciously.

"hehe, I asked him to help me pursue Fang." I replied with dry laugh. Chain just nodded and we change the topic. After a while Pun and Q joined us and we went to Peem's house.

After talking to peem, I was sure that Phum didn't hurt Peem. Although I don't believe someone like Phum just leave peem like that after his humiliation but as peem insist we believe it. We already talked and sure if anything happened to peem we won't let Phum slid through this easily and we are still same. If at any time peem said Phum hurt him, we were ready to give Phum our royal treatment.

Today Aunt is not at home so we decided to cook by ourself and I wanted to show my cooking skill so I was the one who is cooking. 

"Here you are, my customers." I said serving food on table.

"Ohho! You added crispy pork, too?" Peem asked surprised.

"How is it? What do you think of my skills?" I asked them back
